    They totally stole these designs from ultraman zoffy DO NOT purchase this set as they are not giving proper credit to thier original creator,

    I'd rather get something with nice sculpted detail. Shapeways isn't the greatest.

    Just got my set today and installed them. The fist flaps are perfect! The tab in very tightly and work wonderfully. The shoulder sliders are also great, and a genius solution by ultraman zoffy. I never NEEDED a tape deck mode for this Soundwave since I actually like the space cruiser mode but it’s fun to have the option.

    So, I drilled holes into Soundwaves legs so the boombox mode could be a bit more solid.

    The posts on his shoulders fit fairly snug. I didn’t get them perfectly symmetrical, but it gets the job done. Maybe I can fix it later.

    I can try. The boombox mode, even with the Shockwave Lab kit, relies on the friction joints of the legs to stay together. Nothing tabs in. Drilling a hole allows for the weapons-effect posts in Soundwaves shoulders to secure the legs a bit. The boombox mode feels more intentional, more sturdy to my hand. Plus, it gave me another reason to use the hand-drill I bought to fix Siege Starscreams now-pinned chest flap.

    What's the difference between this set and SL-76 besides the colors? Does SL-76 not come with the arm filler?

    None of the photos show the arm panels, so I'd say you only get the shoulder tracks this time.
    Also, the colour and styling is different.

    SL-51 had lots of panel lines sculpted in, as well as vents, rivets and little triangles.
    SL-76 is mostly sculpted with a honeycomb pattern and a couple of panel lines at the edges.

    SL-51 was painted dark silver; SL-76 looks to be black or extremely dark gunmetal.

    I thought it matched the Siege splatter on Soundwave.

    At least, to me it looks really close when I hold the toy under direct light.

    I guess it might match the splatter, but it still doesn't really match the figure overall. The parts are the wrong color for where they go on the figure
