vvvTheONEvvv, put you on ignore. Not my job, or anyone elses, to read your prior post concerning any given store. Thats like saying every new customer Sirtoys has should have to join this forum and read your post about him first, like its mandatory. Its also stupid to assume people would even know to do so, or expect them to know some random dude white knighted and explained the inner workings of some business at one point. And why are you even having to do that for Sirtoys to begin with? And no Sirtoys, you have been in this business long enough to know that the tracking info you gave me is not EMS related. It doesnt take a years worth of experience at a store to figure that out. Major difference in the amount of numbers being used there for tracking. I hardly ever order from China, but even I can tell the difference. As far as I am concerned, you are a scammer at this point.

It doesnt matter if you have people white knight you all day long out of fear youd stop selling to them. At the end of the day, the fact remains, you ripped me off on some level there. Regardless of if the package arrives intact, you were paid for EMS shipping. You pocketed that money and sent via what appears to be speedpack, paying pennies on the dollar to ship, so you owe me the difference back on that (which I dont expect to see). I guess thats why you didnt want to give me the initial tracking number that was issued prior to the USPS one. As for any future complaints on the matter, I will move that posting over to your dedicated thread or whatever if I care to mess with it.

Did you ever think that your shipping also pays for him to physically go out and retrieve your product adding to transportation costs and processing? This thread isn't for your complaints with SirToys, this is for the figure itself. Don't get defensive over getting called out for flooding this thread with your nonsense.

You already dealt with the seller himself and got your answer. Nobody is calling you wrong, but just take this somewhere else. Don't expect to gain any help or sympathy here for something so trivial.

I haven't ordered from SirToys before so feel free to dismiss my comments, BUT:
    (1) You're fairly new to this forum. Have you at least tried to check with the forumites who transacted with him before?
    (2) I will not be ordering from him anytime soon because it will cost me more BUT a quick search would have yielded a number of positive testimonials to his service. Further, how he manages his business.
    (3) "11 days with no shipping update," Like, SRSLY? PayPal has you covered for at least 60 days. At most, you can still find a dispute up to 180 days, depending on your case. There was no reason to get your panties in a bunch.

Well it sort of figures that someone would not read the "About" section on ST and then go and cry about it!

My box was bashed in but the figures arrived okay.

He’s a nice display piece and worth it at this price but I remembered why I didn’t get his big brother, scale aside, when I started messing with him. He’s fiddly. The tabs don’t want to line up easily and don’t stay in place when you pose him. He’s got more display than play value. The individual bots have the worst cheats and design copouts that CHUG figures have (Takara and upgrade kits help) and the combined mode has a lot of the worst (and some of the best) elements of a Masterpiece.

The KO is an easy buy at the price but the folks saying Hasbro can’t do better if they took another shot in WFC are either kidding themselves or being disingenuous because they don’t want Devs to take up 1-6 production slots.

Take a look at Siege Jetfire. Imagine a Devs of that quality and rugged play value.

Those clips are never “fine” in my book. They aren’t as sturdy as 5mm ports which in turn aren’t as sturdy as a full figure. Swing him around fast and stuff comes apart.

I went back and watched reviews to refresh my memory. There’s a lot of “line up this piece and then line up this piece, d’oh, let me re-do that one” or “there’s a trick to lining up these clips”...

It’s stuff like that that turned me off on MPs. The great thing about CHUG ordinarily is you get one great mode, one okay mode, and rugged design. CHUG has some pressure tabs but the last figure I can remember with clipping was POTP Rodimus’ Hot Rod mode and that aspect spawned a LOT of hate.

Compare Devs to Siege Magnus. Similar in that there’s partsforming. Similar levels of articulation; trade a finger articulation on Dev for more arm mobility on Magnus. But Siege Magnus is a TOY. A beefy little toy that doesn’t rely on lining up tabs, particularly in robot mode.

Devs can’t quite decide if it’s CHUG or MP and so it misses out on being the best of either by being a balance of both.

I honestly wish they figured out a way to use CW connectors to join the gestalt. The first time I combined Devs, my thoughts were pretty negative. Thw CW connectors are so nice in comparison.

...CW Devastator is also a toy? It also combines 6 SMALLER toys into one big one. Magnus, as much as I do like that figure, just puts clothes on. And watching a video isn't messing with the toy. I've messed with it, and yes, there's tabs so the combined form remains SOLID, which it is. There's no "trick". It's super straight forward.

It's not a "toy" in the sense that I wouldn't take it to school to play with in a sandbox the way one might with most Generations or ML figures. It's not exactly an ACTION FIGURE at any rate.

It's closer to a collectible doll or a display cabinet piece and I mean that with no disrespect as that's what Sideshow produces as well.

I bought two of him due to that design. I did not trust the tabs on the armored up Rodimus modes arms to not break down the road if they got pulled on and off enough. With two I can keep one in that mode on display, and one in normal mode. I just peg normal mode as my actual Rodimus, and the up armored mode to be like a Super Rodimus, like Power Master Prime. There are aspects of that toy that I really like, but the arm design was a total fail as far as durability goes.

My tabs are alas not so fine :/ but I kinda deal with it I guess. Fingers crossed for this version when it arrives.
