The purple G2 Megs tank is called Archforce? I never knew and had to look at the wiki. I always referred to him as purple G2 Megs tank....

 

I had no idea before reading the wiki either (back when Takara released the purple G2 TR Megs toy). They even renamed an Optimus into Sureshot! Hasbro Europe was strange.

 

My personal headcanon has always been that Archforce and Sureshot went on to become BW Megatron and Primal.

Legends even helped solidify that headcanon when they made BW Megatron the headmaster of the Legends G2 Megatron (*cough*Archforce*cough*)

If only they made a matching Sureshot out of the TR Prime mold...

This morning I saw a Thunderclash repaint of Siege Sideswipe standing in front of a generations select box on Twitter.

Is that a custom or upcoming product?

 

Thunderclash from Sideswipe? Why would a truck be repainted as a car? I’ve seen a few custom Armada Wheeljacks...

They could remold the gun there's room to make it taller, maybe going around the shoulder....or wait for WFC 2020. A different Megatron with a shoulder option.

I honestly think that this paint scheme works better as a sports car and I’m kinda bummed it’s not real.

 

I think they are all like that.

 

That robot mode actually works pretty well. Still, I'd like to see Sideswipe redecoed as fellow Turbomaster Hurricane.

 

In Europe it was. In the US it was just another Megatron.
