Yea, you're right. It is kind of weird how some of us grow up, have families, and our kids are interested in what we grew up on because new iterations are still being produced. Not sure if you knew this or not, but it's usually grown-ups that buy the merchandise for the kids, and thus, are free to voice their concerns on the products and it's price. I don't feel anyone has a right to call someone else out on whether or not they have kids. If a consumer is purchasing a product, they have the right to voice their likes or displeasures.
Just give me Ultimate Shockwave, that’s all I ask. Meanwhile I really like Ultimate Grimlock and may definitely get him.
Unfortunately even this Megatron\'s alt mode looks like crap... he just lies on his back and thrusts his crotch at the enemy?
This Megatron looks like a marked improvement iver the warrior class toy. And the helicopter armour is a fun non-intrusive gimmick. I just wish it was attached to a more innovative Megatron design.
Dude, this. I've been saying this from the debut of this line as well, but my main problem with "Cyberverse" is that it's just such a bland attempt at re-hashing G1 designs. Pretty much every retelling of Transformers involves some reinterpretation of the G1 designs, but up until now the series have had enough freshness that I've been interested... Even with these new planes\trains\ships\ etc, the base toys are still sorely lacking.
Grimlock's gimmick-tail sidecars on his legs are a bit intrusive, but otherwise looks worth my money.
That really drives 'em Insaaaaaanee. remember when we got wacky shit like Megatrons that turned into Batmobiles, and cartoons that didnt have Bumblebee in every episode? and Optimus Primes that weren't cab over engine semis. those were the days
Even better: a flying Batmobile, versus a flying fire truck. (I really wish I had preordered the Siege version from Target....) Don't get me wrong: I've been enjoying Transformers since 1984, and G1 is still my favorite continuity. But that doesn't mean I haven't found a lot to like in the other stuff as well.
Given the fire truck is more of a shout-out amidst the core line it may be a while before they get the "must be G1 adjacent" out of their system.
You got so defensive you missed the point entirely, add "reading comprehension" to your List Of Grow Up Things and try again.
