There are surely 1000 posts about the subject of 3A Transformers available on these boards alone and you've been a member since 2006.

This means that you are obviously "not around much" to read any of the previous conversations about the topic. Therefore, I gave you the most direct answer possible to bring you up to speed. Admittedly, I didn't consider your feelings while formulating the answer to your previous inquiry. I didn't realize it was that big of a factor.

Okay fair enough so I apologise. I’m a new member on here now, years ago I used be be in this a lot. But life and things have kept me away until I seen the 3A Optimus Prime online. I have actually not heard of the 3A’s believe it or not like I said I’ve been out the Transformers game for a while. But I really want that Optimus and any information on it would be appreciated. Hopefully you have more free time in the near future so that we can all discuss and share in the excitement of owning these figures.

To summarize...I've been a fan of 3A since around 2007, and have seen them improve a lot.
They are far from perfect, but I vouch that they have near the best (if not the best) non-transforming possible movie transformers actionfigures on the market.
Their customer service is great, but their release schedules can be improved.
Once you have one of their products in hand, it usually exceeds expectations in quality, size, and engineering (especially in the last year or so).

I highly recommend that you look up their previous transformers figures here at the boards yourself. Other than for some QC issues, I think you'd see that the majority is in alignment with my previous statements.
 

Edit:
There is more than likely going to be an announcement for a larger scale counterpart of this Optimus. (+/- 19")
I'd keep this option in mind if a larger scale is your cup of tea.

 

Awwww nice one. Okay I’ll not buy this one too quick then I would prefer a larger one. Especially if it’s as detailed as this one. Thank you for the information

Finally I can see his eyes! He looks so good. Also that massive scale one is incredible. I think it’s like 1:2 the size. Probably the same size as a life size bumblebee.

 

3A has officially announced pre-orders on their stores (WO3A shop and ThreeZeroHK store) and that they will be coming soon to other 3A stockists on their website | World of ThreeA.

He'll cost $199 USD and will stand about 28.45 cm tall. More images and info on their page.   About time!

Now don't you just wish THIS was the prime in all the movies?  

 

Man, that huge Optimus. He wouldn’t fit in my house but I still want him. 

 

Man, this Prime looks good at every angle. Love how beefy he looks with this design. I definitely wouldn't want to be on the receiving end. Also, I'm glad they were able to fix where his waist was farther out than the root of his abdomen (not sure if they actually did anything or I can't see it in these pictures, but 3A had confirmed they were making some tweaks). I'll be putting my pre-order down.

Good especially now. Soon as I seen the movie I needed a model of this Prime. I’ve pre ordered it

 

After seeing these pics, I couldn't hold out any longer and ordered the DLX Bumblebee. Will definitely have Bee and OP, but will probably get Blitzwing as well (why not). I'm really hoping they do Soundwave, Shockwave, the Seekers, Ironhide, Ratchet, Arcee, Brawn.......... oh my........what is happening here??????
