I’m wondering how these limbs which will each have a die-cast bot in them hold up and how good will the articulation be. Zeta’s aerialbots are very light weight for a reason.

 

So Showz says that the next batch of Roadking is due mid-May (not looking good) and TFS told me FT told them ''they might do [a second batch] in the future but [have] not given any schedule''. I'm gutted I missed out on this. How long do FT usually take to release a new batch? Ages right?

 

Well, if you're willing to pay $170 shipped from ShowZ and they're currently sold out, and you really want Roadking then why not just pay $10 more and get it from TFSource or TCP? They have it in stock now. Assuming you are in the USA, you'll get it much faster.

I think the Chinese market has been given the short shaft this time around. Baba never restocked. Netclow only sold 8, etc, etc.

 

Last year FT has decided to make non Asian sellers their priority in regards to shipping them their stock first. Now they have done the same in terms in giving them slightly larger quantities in a batch. An asian seller warned me to lock my preorder for Roadking back when it was still available because his stock quantity will be quite small. Meanwhile Roadking is still readily available at BBTS, TFsource, and TCP. Expect the same on future releases.
Most of the more popular and top rated sellers on Taobao have presold out for Maverick about 2 months ago.

Yep. All the wheels on the feet should be parallel with the ground like roller skate wheels or the faux wheels on the feet of MP-22 Ultra Magnus.

 

Thanks man. Unfortunately I'm in the UK. TCP is quoting me $71 delivery and TFSource is quoting me $60. I know BBTS charges a delivery fee for UK customers and I expect it to be similarly high. I just can't justify paying that if I can wait and get it shipped 'free' from TFSExpress or ShowZ (and at $10-25 dollars cheaper unit price at that!). Thanks anyway man. Appreciated.
