I've thought about hopping on the Agassi bandwagon over the years, but damn if that's a slippery slope so always sat out and will continue to do so. Just gonna stay picky with Air Maxes FOR THE LOVE OF PRIMUS GIVE US THE NEON 95s ALREADY, NIKE!!!

 

I have two Hyper Adapts already. I did have the black Adapt BB but returned it because one of the shoes wouldn't log on to my phone's Bluetooth.

But to be honest, I like the Hyper Adapt a lot more.

 

finally got a pair of Nike ID’s picked basic colors but i love them so far.

 

I really regret not ordering a pair of alpha 1s when they were being offered through nike Id about 10 years ago. I know the a1s werent particularly well received but man to have those customized out with the full zoom airsole...yeah I think Id still prefer a customized pair of those over some uncomfortable retro 1 og highs.

 

i was just looking at my Chicago alpha 1’s. i loved these and i know i got them cheap because like you said they weren’t well received but mine have yellowed horribly

These came in the other day. 8.7/10 ... 100/10 considering they were 50 dolla.

Pretty impressed with these KOs. only a few issues.. all the plastic/rubber bits werent fully punched out in those gray laced pieces. i popped and pulled them out by hand fairly easy though. this pic still shows some of them without being pooped out yet. there was 5 in the lower and probably 5 in the upper one. the fabric spacing (toe piece that wraps around almost to the mid) doesnt seem as on point as the real ones but whatever. minor chipping in black parts of the upper soles. a sharpie fixed that

came with a box, fitted to size, stitching was great, tongue seemed naturally higher than the em 4s, the jumpmans seem on point, these had more of a new smell as opposed to a glue smell

im not some js or shoe expert but if some random had told me these were real, id probably believe them

This is my current project: Restoring a pair of 2001 Space Jams. Uppers are actually in decent shape, and the herringbone and tread on the outsole is still great, but as you can tell, the outsole is definitely piss yellow. Luckily with a little pressure from some tweezers and they separated from the midsole without any fuss. Gonna hit 'em up with some Angelus sole bright and see how it goes. I'll post pics of course!
