Ahem... Where's Uni and Dungeonmaster?

 

Uni and Venger are supposedly going to show up in the full commercial, Dungeon Master is in the first 5 seconds of the video.

 

Well, now I'm more excited for the commercial, than I am for the movie/tv series D&D thing. LOL thanks.

 

Well, that's an unexpected commercial.

 

Looks pretty darn faithful to the original. Which is either brilliant or could easily swing the other way into full-on goofball camp.  

The tie-in with a Renault car commercial was unexpectedly odd. My wife (who is Brazilian) tipped me off to it earlier.

 

I thought was a movie adaptation, not a commercial.

 

It's a commercial, sometimes they are more faithful than the movies.

 

That's unfortunate (the commercial only part). Still a very odd combination. Are they banking on car buyers to be huge 80's nostalgia kids who were/are into D&D? Then again, I recall some fairly recent American car commercials that featured some vintage characters to include 80's cartoons and the Six Million Dollar Man.
