    For comparison, we had similar prototype pictures of MS-05 in July 2018, colored promo shots in December 2018, and members only started getting him in hand in April.

    If this guy takes the same 8-9 months, then probably right before Chinese New Year.

    Really curious how this one scales with DX9 Dutch.

    And if the Newage cars can be stored within it this is going to be very hard to pass. Pictures of prove please!

    Like the figure but afraid he'll be too tall for DX9 Dutch and Newage carbots in my opinion. He'll be even taller than the DX9 Dinobots I think. Maybe he'll fit beter with the OS KO Dinobots from MFT.

    For sure. MST OP looks like he'll be coming in somewhere between 11 & 12 cm, so MST, HS, GT, and JB Optimi should all be good heights.

    Yes please. This needs a Powered Convoy repaint immediately after G1 colors is released. Capitalize on this mold and all the improvements made.

    not to be the skeptic here or to bring jinx to Magnus v2.0, but have there been prototypes (of any toy) which looked so spectacular but when it was released it fell waaaay short of everyone's expectation?

    This is at the top of my list and has been since the first image was posted on the MFT Weibo. I'm so glad it hasn't been overrun by the influx of MFT's projects lately.

    I've only ever heard not so great things about the new toon colored Dinos from MFT.

    Will I prefer the yellow over the gold color, not really a fan of the color gold but won't say no if someone wants to send me a real bar of it, the toon colored are a tad too much. But need a Sludge for my MFT Dinobots, so maybe...

    Perhaps, but in this case I don't think there's much reason to worry. This is basically Magic Square's Ultra Magnus over-sized with a new (and better) head. Given the awesomeness of the original MST toy and MFT's track record with KOs, I think we have nothing but good things to look forward to. :)
