So, has anyone figured out how to get/redeem the code for TF2007?

 

I think we're all going to have to call/email VUDU

 

I emailed Walmart and they "forwarded" my information to corporate. This was on Thursday, will post here as soon as I hear anything.

 

Has anyone figured out how to redeem the free copy of transformer?

 

I e-mailed Vudu on Wednesday and still haven't received a response.

 

Still waiting for a response from Wal-Mart. I'm hoping to hear from them on Monday or Tuesday. If not I'll call and sit on hold till they fix this.

 

So, has anyone figured this out yet?

I hate double posting, but figured this would at least bounce this thread back up.

So Walmart Customer Service just replied to me today with a code for a VUDU copy of Transformers. I didn't even have to contact them again. Hopefully this means if anyone else contacted them via email they will reply (albeit slow).

How did you contact Walmart? Was there something you filled out on their website, or did you just send them an email?

 

I contacted them through the website. Went to some sort of complaint form for the store side (since I bought it in store). I remember choosing Product Question/Product Feedback in one of the drop down menus. They then forwarded it to the "correct" contact.

They also gave me $5 VUDU credit, which is pretty cool. Not sure what to use it on, though. Maybe I'll finally watch The Last Knight?

 

Cool! Glad they got you your movie as well as gave you some extra credit. I got that too, but no idea what to spend it.

 

I also had no code on my receipt. I contacted customer service multiple times. They eventually credited my Vudu account with the Transformers digital copy and a $5 credit. Took about a month from initial purchase to actually getting the situation resolved.

 

Dangit I just remembered that you could redeem the first Transformers movie along with the Bumblebee film. Can\'t find my receipt anywhere and can\'t remember if I threw it out.
