I'm having trouble imagining how the final build would balance on a flat surface. Can you post pictures?
I'm starting to think I might need to pass on Marvel and DC these days. So many sets just slip me by and at this point I think I'm collecting more for the Minifigures than the actual builds. Of course I might change my mind again, but right now I'm probably getting the almost forty going to turn one more year older tomorrow blues. And I can't even buy anything until Payday to cheer up. Oh well. Looking forward to that day, planning to get some more Jurassic World sets for the Summer. I'm still getting them all... So... Any EU guys able to help me out in getting those three Foil Packet sets released with those magazines? Or should I just venture into the Brickowl/Bricklink online world to try and get them?
I’m seeing this too: “August release, has three vehicles and a bunch of different non-moving builds. Won't specify, sorry.” and 80 euro as the price.
In case you guys thought BrickHeadz was dead and buried, I have some great news! More sets will be coming in 2020! Marcos Bessa on Instagram: “Just saying... #BrickHeadz”
Don't mind me, just skiing through... I like it - it's very reminiscent of European-style mountain towns.
Helicopters with studded rotor blades will never not look stupid to me. Also, when do you think we might start hearing rumours of the summer SW sets? I'm already over the recent wave. I want it.
SW isn't really my specialty area, so I don't know when things will leak - I only know there'll be like 5/6 sets for ep. IX, which I think one of them is an A-wing/Y-Wing? Nothing yet on Fallen Jedi/Mandalorian AFAIK.
I see that Marge has evolved into her final form to destroy Springfield after she started mutating here: I'd start watching the Simpsons again if the show went full-on B-movie madness like this.
So, why does Minecraft have such a small presence this year? Are they plotting to retire that Theme???
I'm not a huge fan of the "head" on the Quake Mech, but otherwise, it's a pretty glorious beast. It does rather highlight that Lego needs to develop a more sturdy articulation system for constructions of its size, but the workarounds for that problem that they came up with are pretty ingenious. Those giant shoulder cogs actually make for a rather neat look.
