They should just release both, I would buy this figure twice, like I did for bombshell, and display both colors.

 

Not sure we’ve had official “word of @dalianjj ” about the size but that’s what stores are showing - 7.5 inches
Further to that, there’s the side by side with their Brawn, which shows Sheridan is a big mamma-jamma

 

Guess FT will do every character, since they are obviously creating their own line with scale and paint choices.

 

I don't get why people are bitching about the height, he's supposed to be as tall as a car bot, not a mini bot.

 

At 7.5 he's taller than a carbot. MP Prowl is just under 7 inches I think.

 

I think we remember 80's G1 very differently.

That said this looks even bigger than a carbot but seeing as it's Fanstoys I guess that's OK.

I really hope he's not that bright. I remember Warpath as a darker red. He's a tank, not a bullseye that all the enemy's see coming from 10 miles away  

 

Looks nice, but why is he so shiny? And why the chrome treads?

 

I may get this. I love Warpath and I have his G1 toy to display next to it.

Mrs. Warpath should be fine with that...but I'd prefer Carbot size.

I would have liked a slightly smaller \'bot, but mainly I am kind of \"dazzled\" (although not exactly in a good way) by how shiny this looks.  Perhaps it is not meant to be the final effect; this could just be color blocking, perhaps.  I usually find the color choice on FT bots to be pretty much spot on, but I am finding \"shiny Warpath\" kind of weird and somewho out of character.  Perhaps it will be less noticeable in person ...

 

Only thng I'm not wowed by is the shiny red paint. I agree it should be a muted maroon.

I'd say that's something that could easily be fixed between now and five years from now when they actually get around to releasing it.

Otherwise, I'm more than fine with the height. I've always been one that found Warpath and Powerglide being tiny Minibots was incredibly stupid.

 

I'm ok with his height since hes a tank and has always been the least mini of the mini bots (outside of the toy) but the color and metallic sheen is a big turnoff. Why does everything need a metallic sheen all of a sudden, FT?

 

I feel like this metallic-paint business, like the excessive die-cast, is yet again FT trying to make their stuff seem somehow “premium” instead of just being a good toy.

That being said, I like the proportions and design on this guy a lot, and it’s Warpath, so I’ll probably still get him.

Not a fan of the metallic, but not a deal breaker. I gotta be honest I prefer colored plastic to paint, no chipping concerns and if they use the appropriate mix a similar nice finish can be achieved.

 

For those complaining about no turret swivel, it is quite clear in the pictures that the turret is swiveled. How much swivling can it do who knows but at the end of the day it can.
