I’m kind of disappointed that he comes with the cheetah gun and not the standard blaster. Still looking forward to getting him though.

Does that blue big bird guy from Koryuger show up in the domestic Power Rangers version? I want a Lightning Collection figure of him.

I'm jealous of that set, though :)

Finally! I was getting a little tired of seeing everybody else at every store.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a scratch on the visor (maybe that's why he was still there), but a Sharpie touched it up well enough until I can find another one.

He is fantastic, though. Hasbro did a real good job.

I came across a white ranger at Target this evening that had a really spectacular paint job, so I decided what the hell and grabbed him. I like the figure a lot and I'm going to do some pictures with him and the Figuarts version together, but there are a couple of things I'm not a fan of.

Now I like the butterfly joints a lot more than the way Bandai did the Figuart version, and I love the shield. On the other hand, I don't like that he doesn't come with a gripping left hand to have him hold Saba in either hand, nor does he have an open had to give him one of his signature poses with. I would have rathered had that over the karate chop hand, but who knows, maybe all of the hands will be interchangeable with each other across the lines. The pegs are a lot longer than they need to be though. I feel like they are going to snap the moment I slide them into his arm.

My biggest issue though is the paint job on Saba. I'm not sure why the only painted one side of his face gold and not the other, but it looks really off and the lack of having painted eyes is also annoying. I would have rathered had the eyes painted than just one side of his face if it came down to it.

    Other than that, he's cool.

My local Walmart got in the Lightning Collection but of course Lord Zedd is gone, the one I wanted.

I was tempted to get the SPD Shadow Ranger since I do remember seeing SPD on TV growing up. If I already have the Legacy White Ranger is there any reason to pick up Hasbro's attempt? I do like the inclusion of an unmasked head but I don't see that as 20 dollars worth.

I officially made my final Bandai power rangers purchase. I just picked up the legacy falconzord today. Can't have a ninja megazord without it.

I just wished that the Falconzord attached better to the Ninja Megazord :/

How do you guys like the various Super Mini-pla kits? I picked up the Astro Megazord at a con recently and love it, so I wanted to know how the Delta Megazord fares; though I realize trying to find the Dino Megazord/Dragonzord/Titanus is a fool's errand at this point, I was also wondering about the Shogun and Ninja kits.

The Shogun and Ninja Kits are fantastic, as is the Delta Megazord. As a collector of the SMP they are well worth it! Ironically it’s the Dino/Drago/Titanus set that is probably the lesser of the Power rangers SMP (there’s a few Sentai never adapted to PR SMP)

Great! So, then, which of the three should take first priority in terms of picking them up: Shogun, Ninja, or Delta, since I've already got Astro?

Delta for sure, and after I would recommend Ninja Megazord. The Shogun Megazord is also awesome but it needs some extra work otherwise it’s prone the breakage. I do still highly reccomend tracking down the classic PR stuff, it’s good fun but definitely suffers a tad from being earlier figures

Hard to say if figuart or Hasbro is better.

For the current market prices, Hasbro by a landslide. As figures, the Hasbro one has the better/more accurate sculpt, but the Figuart is better painted and articulated. Hasbro has the excellent bonus headsculpt, though, and IMO has a more accurate shade of gold, but both have their plus and minuses.

Point is, the Legacy version is easily the worst.

    I agree.

The only good thing I got from the Legacy line were Psy…

You know what, we didn't even get the females. Why am I praising Legacy line for that?
