You could argue the toss that I should have labelled this thread "Studio Series" but I say he's Titans Return by a head!

It just occurred to me that Cogman had the right build for Nightbeat, and an equally as ludicrously high end car mode for a detective as a Porsche 959 was in G1.

"Remember, Siren, subtlety. A key tool of the true detective, the ability to blend in unobtrusively, to observe unnoticed."
    "Uh, Nightbeat?"
    "What?"

Very nicely done! That mold is great as Nightbeat.

The car body colour looks like the sky after a storm.

That car was built to be Nightbeat. Cogman was probably a late change in the movie, honestly.

That's the luck of the dye, the original intent was to just dye him blue metallic but the result was this that I think of as a powder midnight blue metallic rather than the more vivid blue I was hoping for but, rather than paint his car mode the same metallic blue as his robot mode, I thought I'd try leaving it to make his ridiculous disguise more of an actual disguise by having the colour change between modes. It turned out I really liked it. I like to think of the remaining car blue in robot mode as a kind of "trench coat" detail over his robot mode "suit" colours.

What’d you wind up doing with Cogman’s head?

Nothing as yet, I'm considering repainting him to empasise his skullishness as a Mortilius headmaster head.

I'm doing something startlingly similar. Nightbeat from the Cogman mold with the Loudmouth head. Yours looks incredible.

I see you painted Muzzle's head. I was figuring to leave mine unpainted due to concern over the paint probably rubbing off. Did you do anything to prevent this?

The only paint I've applied to Muzzle's Titan Master head is his light metallic blue visor, as I figured that's recessed enough not to wear (the blue is still stock, if it seems a different colour to yours that may just be the effect of the lighting conditions of the shot). If you mean the metallic blue on the arms/ears & faceplate both the open space of Cogman's compartment being roomy enough and his robot mode neck being prominent enough to leave the attached head free & clear from impediment for it not to be a worry, I won't be jamming him in any of the tighter cockpits or gunchairs of any other TR figures though - strictly one transtector use only!
Worst case scenario the metallic blue is straight stock GSI Creos Mr. Hobby Aqueous Hobby Color metallic blue, so easy enough to source for repainting even if I run out of my current supply.

Yeah, I'm meaning the little Titan Master head that sticks into the socket. Mine is an unpainted gray. There's really no paint on yours, aside from the visor? It sure looks bright blue in your pictures.

@Seeaich has swapped the Loudmouth faceplate onto the Nightbeat Titan Master.

Titan Master Nightbeat has a blue head with a yellow mouthplate painted on and, as Seeaich said earlier, the visor is deeply recessed so it can be painted without fear of it getting scratched.

Oh, I get it now. I didn't do any faceplate swapping on mine, I just used the entire Loudmouth figure, that's where my confusion was coming from.
