Especially if the planets align and our dollar goes up between now and November. Right now it's $168.

The courier service I use changed it's methods recently. Now the shipping is more expensive, but they care of the import costs. That means one takes the most advantage of the service by buying expensive stuff that doesn't weight a lot (shipping cost is calculated by weight. Import cost is a percentage of the purchase cost).
I am tempted to buy this as a the trial run of the courier changes. I could also buy a new cell phone (I really need a new one), but Blackarachnia is prettier than a phone.

 

Oh yeah, I was definitely aiming for something realistic. If I was going for far-out dreams, I'd have gone with $100. $150 would honestly STILL hurt a bit, but just somehow feels so much better than $170.

I'm terrified about Rhinox and Inferno now. Part of me hopes that since Inferno shouldn't be too complex (it's first toy was pretty damn close), that was true for Megatron as well and we all know how that turned out. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Inferno ends up more expensive than Megatron just because they seem to be upping the price pretty continuously.

 

I'm hoping that'll dip below 10000 yen, then it'll cost less than @ nippon yasan, and that'll make me happy, or if it stays the same, then it'll cost the same @ nippon yassan, I'll be happy with that too.

 

On the other hand, Inferno is a ‘one and done’ character (didn’t get a new body through the show) to soften the blow, whereas Megatron, Primal and Cheetor had 3 each, and the S1 version is the one that personally interests me the least.

 

There’s the very rare botcon exclusive Antagony black repaint. I’m mostly excited for the Botcon repaints but they sure are taking their sweet time :/

 

Inferno and Rhinox will probably be priced around Dinobot which is ~$300. Thankfully, I'm not the biggest fan of Inferno or Rhinox and can skip on both  

Rattrap/Scorponok are a different story, I'll probably preorder day 1.

 

I love the show so much that I really long for an actual complete season 1 cast. Takara has me in the palm of their hands.

 

Same, big fan of the show and part of me wants to collect them all!

I'm only missing Dinobot, but I was pretty disappointed with MP Cheetor and I know the large back portion of Dinobot will bother me. Gotta resist the urge of going too deep!!
