I'll probably wait till Kapow get pre-orders for BugHead up before I cave in and nab one.. I'm also tempted to get the Dark Cathode Raptor Head later this week too, to kinda complete my Waruder set.. I'm actually preferring the Waruder stuff to the regular Diaclone bits, mainly because of the massive combination gimmick / potential!

 

If you like the Waruder sets now for combo potential, you should definitely jump on board with the two new ones coming out. The pieces being used there go way beyond just a cosmetic upgrade...they allow for stronger at-angle connections, slimmer building, 4 ball joint rings etc. I can't wait to see what can be done.

I preordered 2 Blackarachnias at AMZ but AE is typically much cheaper for Diaclone for some reason. I grabbed 1 new suit and 3 new Waruders from AE. Also snagged the new White Buffalo from Robot Kingdom. Their price was cheaper even with shipping thanks to this being a Mall exclusive in japan.

 

I'm not sold on these. I'm normally all over the Powered System mechs, but for some reason, Epsilon does not call to me.
I do like that his chest is practically a skull, though.

I noticed that HLJ is also cheaper than Amazon JP on these Diaclone releases than they are for MP Transformers. I wonder why?

 

AZJ has always dropped the price on my preorders to where they end up cheaper and faster then other options.

 

Typically yes. But for Diaclone the opposite has been true for me. Also any order over $150 usd has pretty steep tariffs for me. So AE is best for declaring very low values.
