Still can’t find Caliban Wave or Hercules.....and that’s recent stuff I’m looking for....also have to try to finish Apocalypse and Kingpin (Kingpin parts are still kinda common), find the recent Archangel (with Apocalypse parts and different heads), track down 90’s Jean for a sane price (unless SDCC announces she’s getting remade for the Vintage Line or 80th Line....), find the Silver Surfer, and find a Stryfe for a Sane Price (Figured I’d wait for Emma Frost, that Wolverine Legends one is too much, and she’s getting released for Walgreens in her Black King look)....just remembered Mystique.....
Too late to have mutants in MCU with no previous mention or acknowledgment. It would just feel shoehorned in at this point. Didn't they give Witch and Bro some science experiment explanation?
Recent interview they mentioned of having Xmen and F4 joining. Something about the 3 snaps shockwave affecting and possibly causing mutations. But I think they also said wont be until 5+yrs
Not for a few years they said. But it sounds like they are in the planning stage. Looking forward to seeing them and the Fantastic Four.
Well, if you've seen the newest Far From Home trailer, they kind of set a precedent to cheat their way out of a proper explanation. At this point, they can throw in whatever.
Well Caliban wave just came out but most are up for preorder on Amazon for retail and Hercules is up at retail as well.
As others have said, they're definitely coming. Too much money to pass up, now that the rights fall under them again. They'll likely reboot the X-films and start over from scratch, with Deadpool/Ryan Reynolds probably the only one with a realistic shot to keep his role (and maaaaaybe some of DP's supporting characters/actors?) and cross over into the main MCU. With the Disney+ thing coming, streaming series under Disney's control are another option. As for Wanda & Pietro, their powers were the results of experimentations on Loki's staff/the Mind Stone, with Wanda's more closely tied to the stone. Their parents have conveniently been left unmentioned, and it wouldn't be too hard to retcon mutant connections and the Mind Stone-related experimentations.
I would like if it was packed in with a figure in an upcoming classic carded wave. The fact that the Thing got a non-clobberin' time head makes this seem more odd.
Ah, but if they borrow from the comics, the parents who raised them and their genetic parents can absolutely be different people still.
