They’re great for Legends figs, and it’s better to buy more than one.

I ordered 4 Magic Square figures and even with the shipping it was about $30 less than ShowZ.

And it only takes a week to get here instead of 3-4 weeks.

Thanks. I was looking at a smaller item on their site, and wasn't sure if $10.99 shipping was a legit or not, was actually expecting at least $20 plus for shipping like Robot Kingdom.

Alright, alright, will give Robotoybase a shot.

I've let RobotToyBase scalp Iron Factory products to me from time to time, as they often have legends figures that have long been sold out elsewhere. Make no mistake, they know when they're the only game in town and price accordingly. You'll pay through the nose, but they are legit and the shipping is pretty darn quick.

Ah! Didn't know that they were chimungmung.com before.

I ordered from them a lot years ago when I first started collecting, before I had even heard about BBTS!

I’ve been trying to place an order on robotoybase for the last few days and when trying to pay with PP I get the error message: “Unable to process payment, return to merchant”.

I even had him send me a direct PP invoice, and PP stated “Payment denied to merchant”???

WTF! Is there a secret password or something. How are you guys paying for stuff there???

No issues? Are you able to checkout from the website without any issues when using PP for payment? My payment keeps getting denied?

I had the same issue. For me the problem was that I was trying to pay directly from my checking account. Once I switched my payment method to my debit card it went through fine.

Just tried that... still no go. WTF! Oh well. :(

Any other ideas? I keep getting the "Payment Denied" message from PP. Even tried paying with money already in my PP acct balance. Something's up on robotoybase's end I think????

No clue. From there you'd have to contact PayPal.

When you guys go through the check out process, and on the final step and hit confirm order, does it take you over to paypal or what? Or does he send you an invoice?

I didn't hit the button, but want to make sure I don't set forth the zombie apocalypse or something.

    I haven't used paypal in like 10 years. o_O

It takes you to PP. Like most other sites do... then back to RTB after paying.

He sent me a direct PP invoice too... and I still couldn't pay it. PP blocked payment... like his site is blacklisted, blocked or something? I'll try calling PP but that's like having a conversation with a wall. A wall is usually more helpful and knowledgable too.

I normally login, add the bots I want to buy, go to checkout, paypal is the only option I get for paying, confirm the order, the paypal site gets loaded, login to paypal, pay and return back to robotoybase.

Never had a problem. I use my mobile to order and don't use the paypal app.

Never had an issue. I always use PP with my Mastercard, and use the website (pp) not the app.

If it weren’t for Robotoybase I wouldn’t have an Iron Factory collection. Period. You jokingly say Scalp, but it’s just fair market value. Access comes at a cost, and I’m so glad to have the access.

I recently got a TE-01 with a heavily scuffed V2 head, and a New Age Manero with no car grill. He sent the replacements with the next shipment. He has great access to the manufactures in case things go wrong.

I just ordered from them last night, had no issues using PayPal. Got tracking this morning, says dropped off at HK post somewhere.

When all else fails, send tony an email with the order.....that's how i do it since the site omits my area.
