Curious to know, does everyone have issues with the right wing popping out when transforming it into flying tank mode? Or I am not handling it properly?

 

If you mean the back wings - yeah, the new cannon arm is too big and it doesn't allow the vehicle mode to line up properly and everything sits at an angle.

 

They really should throw in the non-battle damaged head. There were a lot of complaints about they grey plastic on the original studio series megatron. Plenty of people say the battle damaged deco sporting the metallic look is what we should have gotten the first time around. Some people have stated that they would like to use this version as Megatron without battle damage and would love a head tjat matches. I can honestly say this head is better than the stock battle damaged head though because it actually has holes in it. Ill be buying this set but mostly just for the filler parts. The longer stock claw looks a lot more menacing. I bought the original set to have a megatron with 2 arms. But this does work. Just a shame about the non-battle damaged head not being included.

Strongly agree. I would buy the figure and the upgrade kit to replace my non-battle damaged figure if they included an intact head.

 

I demand DNA makes a set of wrecking balls for Hightower to replace the non-accurate claw thing. Maybe it would be better to wait until Overload comes out so they can be properly attached in combiner mode. But it definitely needs to happen.

What happened with your set ? I put it all on but have yet to transform him to see how the wings look on the tank. Specifically which part is easy to break ?

Will you be selling the wrecking balls ? Or are you just talking about a personal custom ?

 

I didn't get the original set, but looking for them I found that a good few tended to split apart at the seams.

The upper cannon part that covers one of the fingers I'd guess. I had to glue the damn thing together because it popped off during transformation.

I saw that DNA is reissuing the EX Battle Damaged Version of this. We should ask them to give us a non damaged head this time. Nobody needed that damaged head the first time.
