What issue was that? I wasn't aware there was a problem with the figure?

My Starscream had the fists the wrong way around, but I was able to remove them and replace them correctly... they're not supposed to twist really, are they?

I did! Thank you so much. All the pics and size comparisons I could turn up were with MPs. After I posted the request I did find one review of Scoria which did place him alongside CHUG in triceratops mode. But this confirms my suspicion.

Wow. That scale really does work for me. I have been back and forth on a lot of dinobot sets. Of course I settle on the $300 per figure one. But I already have MP Grimlock (don't think I would grab Grinder) so the aesthetic would be more consistent....<- already trying to justify the purchase.

How cool would a Siege Wheeljack be in that display?

People have been complaining that the chest is held on with friction rather than a pin

No, Hasbro has specifically said that it’s set in the days leading up to the launch of the Ark.

You are absolutely right. Whatever works for you. Unfortunately for my wallet, its looking like Fans Toys is the best option. Love the cartoon accuracy and while Toyworld comes close, I find them too small, especially in dino mode. Thanks for the pic!

Frankly I think a lot of those changes go too far. Dont like all that red! On that note, their minibot set is a must-have.

I have Sideswipe there. Wheeljack will be the same height as him.
But still no WFC Wheeljack confirmed.

I need to get myself a 3D printer.

Not sure if you are joking but natural selection, adaptation does NOT work that way with robots or Cybernetic organisms etc, The Cybertronians in most incarnations were built, created in one way or another, in some stories they emerged from the metal planet, most look humanoid in order to appeal to human children etc, A robot would not evolve in the same manner as organic beings, its not at all scientific, its 100% fiction, a robot being wouldn't need a mouth, nose etc. Now in terms of the pterodactyl, are you saying that this Cybertron was an organic planet and it produced organic life similar to that of Earth?

Thank you. So that Pterodactyl is a robot that took that form from the scans? Was that in the comic or is it your personal opinion?

NP and good luck trying to get those guys...another thing about Dinobots is that they should NOT combine. If you like Volcanicus or Dinoking cool beans but I just can’t see Grimlock, Slag, Sluge, Snarl and Swoop being a combiner team...they are just the Autobots heavy hitters.

Rodimus Prime: Hey Starscream, how long have you been trying to overthrow Megatron?
Starscream: For millions of years already.
RP: You have so many master plans to get him killed, and none of them worked?
SS: That guy just won't die!
RP: That's because you're doing it all wrong. Look at me, i'm with the main Autobot crew way later then you. You were always with Megatron from the beginning.
    SS: Uhm, yes that's true.
RP: You see, i did it on purpose by let them thinking that i'm trying to help Optimus in his fight with Megatron.
And then i let Megatron take me hostage so Prime didn't shoot. He was afaid that an autobot junior like me will get hurts.
    Then Megatron blasted him away.
Later on his deathbed, i even cheated the matrix.
And the matrix made me the new leader of the autobots.
And you've been trying to overthrow Megatron since season 1.
    IMG_4096.JPG

    RP: hahahaha hahaha.
    SS: snif snif snif
RP: And don't forget to say " forgive me ", like i did. whahaha

Picked up Soundwave today from my local Smyths Toys.

Ended up returning/exchanging him as he had an issue with his right shoulder where it just would not peg in.

Got home to find that the figure I exchanged him for had the exact same issue.

Apologies if this issue has been discussed before, but does anyone have a fix?

I believe the solution is to shave the peg down with an x acto knife. It almost always works for my figures, so give it a try! :)

Thanks for that. I'll give it a go.

Overall he's a tremendous figure (just behind starscream for me).

The light piping on this one really works and gives him some life. Wish it had been this good for Starscream.

These Siege figures have gotta stop being so good though, they're really hurting my wallet.

I had the same issue with my first copy, I returned it and got another and it did NOT have the same issue so you could keep trying to find a good copy before cutting into it. Up to you.
