Not directly. But they can tell Hasbro behind closed doors that they could always decide to stop carrying Hasbro products entirely if Hasbro doesn't seriously consider enforcing such an embargo.

Yes they did. They're two different drones. The KSI Bosses also didn't have Shockwave heads although Nitro's toy head (and concept art) was a modified Boss head so it's kind of half way between both of the things it's supposed to be.

Really wondering how they're going to box Scrapper. I feel he's in the same area as Hightower where his strange shape means he'll sorta be half transformed to just fit him in a box. Maybe we'll get a new box shape? Who knows. Maybe we'll be able to guess better once we see the figure.
