He said that he only cares about the sword and shield, not the other accessories, so it doesn't make a difference to him what batch to buy from.

So I guess the second batch will be “better” then. As it is being worked more.

after re-read. It's basically first batch will be delayed (fixing mold/remolding). They will try to release first batch as soon as possible. Second batch will have new parts (I guess its the three things shown in the picture) and there for be more expensive.

Especially if they’re coming in place of accessories which are included with the first batch...
We either need a ToyWorld rep with better English to explain this or someone around here who’s more competent than google to accurately translate the original text and straighten things out.
Or just wait and see. That works too.

I think they include the new ones plus the old ones from the 1st batch along with the mold changes

Except this came straight from the horses mouth:

“The second batch will reduce some weapons and add some new weapons. The others are exactly the same.”

“The first batch had unique weapons, only the first ones.

The second batch has unique weapons, only the second batch.”

So each batch comes with ‘exclusive’ accessories if you like but will hopefully both include the sword and shield.

The real question is the mold improvements and whether or not they’ll be applied to the first batch or if TW are saving them for the second batch which seems to be the only logical explanation for that much of a price increase.

Here is my guess. Toyworld set the price for the first batch, but now seeing the effort and quality going into the figure, it's underpriced. Instead of changing the price on the first batch, the second batch just has a price increase to make up for money lost on the first batch. That's just my thought, but I don't really know how plausible that is.

even then I don't know wtf is under-priced here. They themselves all of a sudden stated the 1st batch is 80 bucks, and the 2nd is 130, despite the fact that some retailers had the guy up for 150 before removing the price. It shouldn't be rocket science to figure out the cost of your own product....

I think that the pricing should be the other way around. The early supporters should get the limited/extra accessories and the light version should be the second run.

I don’t get this 1st and 2nd batch thing. Will the figure be the same? That is what matters most honestly.

I agree. Whether he comes with a scale pair of trousers to recreate the scene where the Autobots do laundry or something is far less important than the figure being the same from version to version. There have been too many times recently where the first run of the toy is an expensive beta test for the 'good' later runs. It's making me leery of the entire market.

    This is very confusing.

I know 100% for sure, that we will NOT see this Figure before November / December 2019.

    BUT

Which Batch has the Blaster Weapon? Sword and Shield will be on every Version, i know.
I do not care for the Wrist Dagger. But really would like to know if every Batch will include the
    Blaster Weapon.

I want a CLEAR statement from Toyworld, which Weapons
will be included with the Figure.

I think the first batch will be made at a loss because they didn't take "some things" into the pricing, the second batch "fixes" the problem. That's what I understood from their weibo...

Really need to know if that much price hike is just for weapons. I don't even care that much for the sword and shield so any more toy guns would be wasted money to me.

I have a big box full of useless plastic shaped like pew-pews. Like my bots to have their hands free; If the "weapons" aren't integrated into their body in a good looking way other than a clumsy peg, then they are out.
