Today in robot designs that trigger highly specific fetishes

I redesigned Treadbolt to give her a more detailed look and a transformation that actually works, though it'd definitely be one of those wonky 3rd party transformations with all of the little plastic arms. The tank basically turns itself inside out for this to work.

Treadbolt was born as PZMD-013, or Dreissen, on Lithone, into the stormtrooper class. Her parents were closeted objectors to the Lithone United Party, and feared that their daughter would be killed in the war that Galvatron and the other party leaders prophesied. Through a under-the-table deal with an asteroid miner, they fled Lithone and managed to enter Imperial space, where her parents posed as lost a lost exploration ship's crew in order to be taken back to Cybertron. Amazingly, this plan worked, and Treadbolt's parents settled back in to Cybertronian society, hiding their secret.

But Treadbolt herself was not thrilled by this escape plan. She loved the fiery speeches, and the parade drills in the street. She wanted to be a stormtrooper and she wanted to fight in that war, which was the cause of much friction between her and her parents. She quietly put up with her parents' scheme and was elated to find that there were plenty of wars going on back in Imperial space. Eventually, she became a mercenary, and helped Overlord to found the Eclipse Security Group, where she served as an administrative executive.

After the Trypticon Incident, Treadbolt parted ways with the Eclipse Security Group. In 2022, she formed her own private military company, the Panzer Soldaten, who operated not far from the new Autobot colony on Earth, Mission City, on the California-Nevada border.

In secret, she sets aside part of her cut for missions, trades for human currency, and buys copious amounts of human pastries. She will never admit that she has developed an addiction.

Maxima isn't much of a character so I had a little fun with her. She's (really obviously) based on Pearl from Steven Universe. Do you have any idea how far I had to reach to get a name that worked? "Maxima" also happens to be the name of one of the largest natural pearls in the world. And it's a far sight better than Ms. "Hi and Die" from Combiner Wars.

During the Golden Age of Iacon, the Primes ruled all aspects of the Empire, instead of being military executives as they are today. They were often appointed from the military, but this was not always the case. This is what occurred when Beta, the young daughter of Nova Prime was designated as the only worthy successor to the title. The Deslaw had only recently been passed and Destrons were only beginning to integrate into Cybertronian culture. Solus would have to navigate many conflicts to prevent the world from collapsing into war once again, but she did not do so alone. At her side was her trusty adviser and longtime friend, Maxima.

Maxima trained from a young age as part of the Yōke clan's royal court, a master of dance, music, art, and the blade. Like many before her, she was gifted by the Yōke to Iacon as a sign of goodwill, and was then employed as a servant for the rulers of the city-state. Maxima, considered the greatest of her peers, served in the house of Nova and cared for Beta. When Beta became Solus Prime, Solus insisted that Maxima join her in her rule as adviser. Together, the two laid out a plan for Cybertron's future, including a bold declaration of the Sparkright, the idea that "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings." It was under these policies that further progress in both the rights of Destrons and Femmes were achieved, laying the groundwork for many of modern Cybertron's social customs.

Solus traveled across the Empire to extol these virtues and bring her people together, but conflicts still arose-- particularly those between Kalis and Iacon. Kalis, whose people were quite separate from Iacon's culturally, felt Iacon's empire was overstepping its bounds, and exerting too much control over their lands still ruined from the Destron War. This made Solus' doctrines of forgiveness and acceptance particularly reviled there. As part of an aid mission, Solus visited Kalis; while working to pass out provisions to local farmers, she was assassinated by early Raksha members. Maxima, having failed to protect her longtime friend, took her own life as a sign of solidarity.

To this day, Maxima is considered an important figure in Cybertron's history, often discussed with equal importance as the Prime she served. Recently, an artificial intelligence programmed to simulate her was installed in the colony ship Twelfth of Solus to culturally enrich colonists on their way to their destination of Mission City, the first Imperial colony chartered on Earth.

This image is based on a this aforementioned simulation taking on an Earth mode, to help acclimate settlers to their newly-reformatted Earth bodies. She has taken the form of a YF-104 Starfighter.

I've posted about it before but if you're interested, here is my Transformers DnD system. It's based on 3.5e and is currently playable, but not feature-complete:

Till all are One Version 3

It's primarily designed to reflect the lore of The Chosen Stars (so there aren't rules for triplechangers or combiners) but feel free to homebrew around that to your heart's content. Here are the Character Sheet components, too-- also a work in progress:

I've been working on this since the start of the semester.

Say hello to my third redesign of Soundwave:

This gives the bulkier look I always wanted her to have, some unique robot mode traits, and still allows for the module system (spoilers included).

As an added bonus, check out that Skyfall Bullpup!

Actually I'm a 5e player myself. I thought that this was for 5e and if I can use it as well (if I were to find tf players that is; my group is consisting of everything but tf fans xd). Anyway, nice that such things exist.

Well there aren't too many differences between 3.5e and 5e. My system does incorporate a lot of features from 5e and Pathfinder (which is like a halfway point between 3.5e and 5e). If you wanted to use it, it wouldn't take too long to learn. I have a discord for people who are interested in the system, if you would like to learn more.

Just some really quick, extra-low-effort MS Paint logos. obvs if I freehanded these they would look better but I still haven't found a good solution to converting pencils to digital art.

I made these for my Till All Are One tabletop campaign, set in my The Chosen Stars universe. If you're interested in using the system, contact me and I'll send you a link to the current build. These are Earth factions-- the Autobots and Decepticons are still around, these are just other little groups our party is dealing with.

    Panzer Soldaten logo.png

The Panzer Soldaten are a private military company founded and led by Treadbolt. Composed almost entirely of Lithonian expatriates, the group also utilizes Lithonian tactics in combat, and internally many members adhere to Galvatron's Zahnrader party philosophy, though this is not officially endorsed by the company's leadership. Willing to work unscrupulous jobs, the PS make plenty of money in the lawless lands outside of Mission City. Their headquarters is a mountain fortress, Festung Whitney.

    Speedwagons logo.png

The Speedia Speedwagons were a violent hot-rodding club that originated, as their name implies, in Velocitron's capital city of Speedia. The Speedwagons dabbled in various crimes-- protection rackets, larceny, drug trafficking, and vandalism. When a large group of disaffected Velocitronians departed for Earth in 2019, the club's leadership decided that a scouting chapter should be sent with them, to establish an interplanetary presence. The Velocitronians established the unchartered colony of New Speedia, but when the official colony of Mission City arrived only a few miles from New Speedia's location, the colonists were forced to disband their settlement. The Speedwagons became their protectors, and in turn indoctrinated most of the citizens into their ranks. They now live as bandits, raiding commerce entering and exiting Mission City.

    Earth Liberation Front logo.png

The Earth Liberation Front is an eco-activist group opposed to Cybertronian colonization of Earth. The ELF charter asserts that colonization will always create conflict between the settlers and local ecosystems, and with Earth being far more complex-- and hosting intelligent life-- it is too dangerous to attempt. The ELF instead advocates for individual immigration and subsistence, which they believe will allow for coexistence with the planet and its native population. For the most part, the ELF demonstrates their opposition to colonization through protests, but their tactics have become more aggressive as of late.

    Millenium logo.png

When Decepticon forces initially began to move into Kaon, Omnibot high command responded with an operation to arm local militant forces against the Decepticons. The group selected for Autobot military aid were a militia formed of fundamentalist worshipers of the Covenant of Primus, who knew that the Decepticons were banning religion in their territories. This group called themselves The Millennium, in reference to a prophetic time when Primus would guide his children to a new homeland for one thousand stellar cycles. The Omnibots coordinated military training and supplies for the militia, which did operate in their home territory for some time before being pushed out by the numerically superior Decepticons. The group drifted throughout the Empire until 2018, when they purchased a starship and traveled to Earth, which they declared was the promised land of prophecy. They set up a small hidden settlement in Las Vegas, where they continue to worship in secret... and convert other Cybertronian refugees living in the city.

The presence of non-Autobot/Decepticon factions does a lot to breathe life into your world. The Panzer Soldaten may be a little too on the nose, but the others work rather well, especially the Speedia Speedwagons and the Millennium. The Earth Liberation Front is a good idea, but the name already exists as a real-world radical environmentalist terror organization. Unless that's what you were going for.
