Two pegs worth of the Wave 1 G1 minibots at the Johnson Creek Walmart. Didn't go to the Eastport Plaza Walmart.
Just grabbed the only Siege Leader Galaxy Upgrade Optimus Prime at 82nd Wal-Mart in Clackamas. For collectors of other things, they had all the Lightning Collection Power Rangers except Zedd, and they did have the new X-Men ML wave but I grabbed the last two.
That blows! I hate it when that happens. I'm literally all caught up with Transformers until Wave 3 of Siege and and the August releases for Studio Series drop.
Storytime: So I stopped in at Beaverton Target this morning to see if there had been a restock. Lo and behold they had BOTH Studio Series Bumblebee Optimus Prime AND WFC Siege Galaxy Upgrade Optimus Prime. Needless to say, I was overjoyed.(y'all know how I am about my 'Primes) All those good feelings were gone when neither of them rung up at self-checkout. I went to the cashier and they informed me that the street date for SS OP was ~5/12, and Galaxy OP was JULY ~22. Instead of checking with a manager to inquire about this, she just gave the items to Customer Service and told them to go make sure there weren't any other ones on the shelf. I was then sent away empty-handed. TL : DR - Beaverton Target technically has SS BB Optimus and Galaxy Upgrade Optimus, but good luck BUYING them. They literally would not 'Shut up and take my money.' (Oh....they DID also have a Siege Chromia or two, a Prowl, and a Leader Class Shockwave, but who knows if they are going to pull those off the shelf or not at this point.)
I’m glad I wasn’t there I would have blown a gasket over Siege OP. I usually go through self checkout and if something doesn’t beep the employee there usually just manually enters it... but damn that sucks
Ss38 Optimus has a 5/12 street date? Wierd as fuck. He's been popping up fairly frequently in Portland at Target and Freddies. Try your Freddies. Both of the ones I go to regularly have one or two SS38 Primes for a month or so now.
That's probably because of the markup. I've heard it has been in the area, but always for ~20% more than retail. At any rate, I ended up just ordering SS38 on Amazon because I didn't feel like going back to Target with the DCPI's and hoping to get a different cashier/manager. If you have the time/patience/connections there, all the power to ya!

I just stopped by Beaverton Target and saw the Shockwave that came with the Prime they took from you. Apparently the Shockwave is clear but Optimus can’t be sold (don’t worry it wasn’t back out). Go figure....
Found some loose G1 figures, plus whatever that Soundwave is, along with what might be a Gobot, in what looked to be pretty good condition at the Curiosities antique mall in Beaverton. They had Outback as well, he's just out of frame in the pic
That Soundwave is one of those 3 points of articulation bath toys you can find at Walmart right now...
