Ben's review is up

 

It seems like the ab pieces look more pronounced in pictures while in the video seem entirely ok, I would preferred that Ben showed a bit more of the transformation regarding the new abs. I like the color and the additional gun and knuckles but I'm not sure if I'll be getting this since I have the past mold already and I'm still debating to get the Wei Jiang (which really has a problem with the ab portion).

 

Looks good I may fave to pick this one up because this is the best of the movie primes

I've seen the physical figure today in a local collectables store in my country, the abs don't protrude out that much in real life. The silver paint however is replaced with a much darker, almost a gun metal grey scheme, not gonna lie it looks awesome in person. The paint job is awesome, almost on par with those high end statues from Prime 1 and don't get me started on the size of this thing. This is definitely going into the wishlist!

 

Hi, is it possible to remove the 'fan' ab pieces? I see from reviews that they hinge inwards for the transformation, but I prefer the look of the stomach detailing underneath those pieces and was wondering if those pieces could be taken out as I otherwise prefer the look of this version to the base LS-03. Clips would be great, and I'm okay with using a screwdriver to take the figure apart, but if they're pinned then I'd rather not take the risk as I'm no good with those.

 

I just ordered this fella from ShowZ. Not sure how long it'll take to arrive in the Chicago area, but I'll post when he does. And @Tarrn, I'll let you know about the ab parts if you haven't found out yet.

I have LS-03 but this mold is just astounding, had to buy the DOTM version.

Yeah I just did some quick research and realized it won’t come till post pandemic. I have three others on preorder from them and I’m taking the delay as a sign to relax on my ordering for now. Lol, I really like mpm Optimus though so I can’t wait for this figure to come.

 

Did you guys know that the FWI-04 Jetwing kit for the Hasbro Leader mold fits BMB LS-03F?

I just ordered this kit off eBay- used, missing a couple small parts, but mostly all there. Now I just need the Big Man himself to arrive from China.  

Edit- I realize the kit will look small on this OS fig, but check the video, it looks really good.

 

To those who have this, is the transformation as fun as the MPM but everything is smoother and pegs better?

 

I do not have the MPM..but what i can say is once everything fits in..

Its beautiful and hefty..

Oh man! The Jetwing set just arrived, I tossed it on my LS-03 really quick and got-damn he looks awesome! Not really undersized at all, just awesome. Pics later. Now I just need for LS-03F to ship from ShowZStore!
