IMO; Not really. You've gotten bigger toys but forfeited creativity and have ended up with shelves full of things slavishly homaging poor animation.

Admittedly through it seems what's hot so more power to it.

I'm just saying this as a fan, but considering the Battle Sentinel got let sit to the point of absolutely insane markdowns (and I think it's probably still around on the MT shop,) I don't really blame any company in a similar situation with a mold just moving on from it.

 

I still dig the look of this particular deco, and it's a shame that they never made the redeco for their Sentinel core bot. I can understand why, of course, given that it's been so many years that interest in this mold is probably not so great.

That said... I'd love if they'd revisit the concept. Make a new beefier G2 Prime bot that doesn't do the add-on armor stuff that was originally necessary to upgrade a deluxe. Give us a decent Voyager that looks just like this bad boy. You know MT can make it happen. This particular design fits an evil Prime quite well, IMHO.
