So this guy is sort of a hybrid of the G1 and IDW versions of Fort Max. I may make a set of treads for him later, but since this mold already has several in the design I decided to put guns on his back instead. Alt mode pics to follow eventually. Thanks for taking the time to look.

Looks great! Love the really clean paint job. The figure works really well. I almost did something similar. I wanted a "Warden"-like figure and I was contemplating doing something like this. Really good to see someone do that. Great work!

Thanks. Yeah, but I don't know what I'm gonna do when I'm out of figures I need for my collection.

Thanks, I'm loving the Vallejo paints right now, they go on really nice. Looking at the Warden is what got me started on this. That looks like a neat figure, but there's no way I'm dropping $150 on something like that. I was orignally considering using a City Commander, but then I saw this Metroplex for a lot less money and it seemed like the perfect option. I highly recommend this mold, it's older, but it's got pretty great articulation and it seems like it'd be pretty versatile. I'm thinking of getting another one to make one of the (non-Optimus) Primes.

Was that Cybertron Metroplex? Great job, really nice work, I may have to do this myself.

My one crit would be that the blue is a bit too, well, blue for IDW Max who's more of a grey-blue. A different head and yours could be mistaken for Magnus. Still, really nice work here.

Made a new, more expressive head for my Fort Max. Also added the treads to his back a while ago. I don't know what happened to the gun I made for this guy, so I guess that'll be a future project.

That’s dope man! I love the flat and simple colours with the sculpted detail. Does it transform into anything or does it just look cool?

Honestly I've never even tried to transform him, but I didn't really make any physical changes to him, apart from the head and adding some magnets, so he could definitely transform into the basic vehicle shape he originally had, minus the earth mover thing. I'm working on a Megatron with this mold right now (which looks pretty awesome so far) and he turns into a pretty convincing tank/gun platform thing, so Fort Max could probably be turned into one of those with a new gun or two. Maybe I'll try it out.
