Guardians > Winter Soldier > Everything else, although I would probably pick AoU as the next film after TWS. And I don't like anything in Phase 2 as much as Black Panther.
1. Guardians 2. Winter Soldier 3. Age of Ultron 4. Ant-Man 5. Dark World 6. Iron Man 3 I used to put Winter Soldier at the very top, but I think even now we all kind of underestimate just how good Guardians 1 is.
Winter Soldier, while not my favorite MCU film, is probably the best made of the MCU films. It's probably up there in favorites though.

Winter Soldier was astonishingly better than I ever expected. But Guardians was that good, I still vote it my favorite.
No contest, Winter Soldier. It's the best of the MCU and the second greatest super hero movie of all time.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier. One of the best superhero films of all time and the Russo brothers made me love Captain America much more than I have before

2013 in general lived in the shadow of Avengers and IM3 in particular felt like a direct to video sequel. 2014 was perfect with our other Dark Knight in the form of Winter Soldier, and our unexpected treat in the form of Guardians. Age of Ultron was okay but certainly not better than Avengers, just too much going on. Ant-Man is likable and fun enough.
1. Winter Soldier 2. Guardians 3. Thor 4. Avengers 5. Ant-Man 6. Iron Man I have to say, I don't hate Thor 2 or Iron Man 3 anywhere near as much as others seem to, but I also didn't like Ant-Man anywhere near as much as everyone else. Iron Man 3 and Ant-Man could easily swap places for me.
For the Phase 2 MCU, I loved Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America The Winter Soldier, and Ant-Man. Avengers Age of Ultron and Thor The Dark World were just okay films for me. Iron Man 3 was the worst film out of all in the MCU films in general for me. My ranking from my favorite to least: 1. Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Captain America The Winter Soldier 3. Ant-Man 4. Avengers Age of Ultron 5. Thor The Dark World 6. Iron Man 3
This phase disappointed me somewhat. It's like they set the groundwork but they needed to find a good direction to head to. My vote goes to Guardians of the Galaxy. A space epic that blended comedy and drama, a wonderful soundtrack, and the film that opened up the Marvel Cineamtic Universe to its cosmic side beyond the Earth.

Winter Soldier will always be at the top with all marvel movies. This and IM1 are my top favs overall.
Phase 2 was easily the most up and down. Guardians and Winter Soldier are two of my top five MCU films, but The Dark World was my least favorite one until Captain Marvel came out. Ant-Man was simple but good. I liked Iron Man 3 more than most, but it’s not one I revisit a lot. Age of Ultron has its moments too, but I don’t really watch it a lot either.
