The Vikings Draft looks solid so far.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, I think it’s entirely possible that Daniel Jones is Eli’s illegitimate son.

I was at the Chicago Bears Training Camp over the weekend. It was incredible. I'm kind of disappointed in myself for waiting till I was 26 to go for the first time.

Seeing the players up close and studying their athleticism and technique was so much fun. Trubisky looked great on the short to intermediate throws in the 11-on-11 drills, but his deep ball needs work. Khalil Mack, Akiem Hicks, Bilal Nichols and the entire front 7 look unstoppable against a pretty damn good o-line. Allen Robinson is primed for a big year. That man was hauling in every pass thrown his way, including some really tough contested balls against All-Pro CB Kyle Fuller. Also, our WR corps is STACKED. Watch out for Javon Wims! Dude is going to surprise some people. Lastly, I've never seen so many fans get excited about field goals. The two 60+ yard field goals that each of our kickers made garnered a ton of excitement. I'm ready to go to another practice!

I went to Steelers training camp once when I was a kid. Now that I think about it, it’s really killing me that I don’t remember what year it was exactly, but I’m thinking it had to be the year before they went on to win Super Bowl XLIII. I can remember every playoff game they’ve had for the last 15 years but not that surprisingly. I do remember that I met Louis Lipps there though, and I saw the starting lineup walk on the field. Obviously I was like a foot shorter than I am now, so I felt like a hobbit seeing guys like Big Ben and James Harrison walking. I’ve been meaning to head back to Latrobe this year because I’m fully on board the Devin Bush hype train now, and I want to see him and Mason Rudolph in action (I want to see how he developed, and if he might be a starter in 2021 or if we’ll suddenly be in the mix to trade back up for Trevor Lawrence or something).

Fly Eagles Fly on the road to victory........ I can't wait for the season. Hope and pray that we run the football this year with Jordan Howard.

I think he's going to sit this season out.

Zeke would be monumentally stupid to sit out unless he’s itching for a trade. If he doesn’t play this year, he still has two years left on his contract; putting him in exactly the same situation he was in before. Still, Dallas would be even dumber to make Dak one of the highest paid QBs. I like Dak as a person, but he’s an Alex Smith level QB. That offense works because of Zeke. Amari Cooper has been historically too inconsistent to be paid like Michael Thomas too.

I think Melvin Gordon is definitely going to hold out this year though. The Chargers are notoriously frugal and Gordon is great but replaceable in their system. Edit: It looks like his agent just demanded a trade, but LA won’t grant it. It’s starting to look like I might be right.

Only Antonio Brown could refuse to go Buffalo but then manage to get frostbite on his feet in Southern California during the middle of Summer.
