I might have to pick this up since I'm in for a electron Ghostbusters figure. This would go great with that car so hope it's not too expensive to pick up after sdcc.
Well the truck MP-10 might be a repaint but it still will look good. I'm going with that anyway you look at it. I'm going to be happy when i can get that mp-10 truck in Ghostbusters color and look.
No, I mean the packaging likely resembles the slime canisters from GB2 if you wear it like a backpack.
This is just one of the many details which make me want this release. Even though I have sold all of my MP's, this release will have a spot on my shelf. I absolutely love it.
But can Ectotron fit inside Prime’s trailer? Because THAT makes some serious “if Knight Rider were Ghost Busters” things happen in my brain and I LIKE it. -A.S.
Looks like he can fit? Though we can't see it with the doors closed... Those side pieces that block the view of the turret when it's closed might get in the way. Though they can probably be removed.
Have to say it looks like it would close up well... also did NOT expect to actually see a picture of this amazing thing that only previously lived in my brain. #instantgratification -A.S.
Dont get me wrong, I watched Ghost Busters movie and the Cartoons as a kid and liked both. The cross-over is a little much I feel. We're talking about Ghost Buster toys the hasn't been around for 25+ years and now riding on the backs of Transformers toyline to bring back the popularity? Want a toy line to bring back? bring back GI Joe, at least there WAS a cross-over to 2 popular toys from the 80's. Plus GI Joe has been around longer than Ghost Busters and did extremely well selling figures, vehicles and huge playsets.
Wow. These repaints are getting out of hand. How long until we get the McDonald’s repaint? Or the Dunkin Donuts repaint? Tampax? When does it end? Idea: A Christmas Story Convoy. Comes in “pink nightmare” colors with remolded feet as bunny heads and remolded head with bunny ears instead of antennas. Also comes with BB gun instead of his standard rifle.
So you think this is an odd scheme to bring back ghostbusters into popular consciousness? And they should’ve brought back something else? I’m not sure what the logic is here.
