I don't have a name for him yet, but he transforms into a Roadheader.

What?!?! What is this! Is that a pet or a weapon...or both!

The imagination once again is out of this world.

Name... something with Cutter in it. Stonecutter, Trenchcutter... even 'Cutter' itself doesn't have any current matches on TFWiki.
Or maybe 'Sinkhole', 'Flenser', 'Trepan', 'Grindstone', etc.

Looks excellent. Geminii had some good name ideas, and that got my gears turning:
    Underpass
Grindcore (taken, I know, but it fits so well!)
Undermine (again, wasted on something NOT this)
    Drumhead
Bore (simple, elegant, and funny in the wrong context)
    Rocktooth
    Rockspitter
Undercut (mining term, look it up!)
Carbide (sounds more like an Autobot name honestly)
Aftershock (though this might be better used on something related to Shockwave)

I like the name Sinkhole. It'd be perfect for a Decepticon!

I mean...it's a little on the nose...but unless you know your obscure heavy equipment, "RoadHeader"could definitely be a good Decepticon name all on its own.
(and just because SOMEONE'S going to say something if I don't, and I don't actually think the below is very clever, and I'm legit on board for using RoadHeader as the name..)
.....Just don't pair him up with a Target Master named "LotLizard" or people might get the wrong idea har har har

    Thanks everyone!

    Name: RoadHeader
    Motto:
There is no fortification I cannot reach. No Spark casing I cannot breach.
    Function: Mining engineer/Siege Warrior

    Statistics:
    Strength:
    8
    Intelligence:9
    Speed:3
    Firepower:4
    Endurance:9
    Skill:7

    Profile:
Yet another member of Megatron's ever increasing cadre of Constructicons, the aptly named RoadHeader serves as the Decepticon's tunneler and siege warrior. His vehicular alt-mode is one of a tunnelling machine. Possessing a keen mind, RoadHeader is always aware of his surroundings. This is very advantageous in making sure that when boring underneath or through structures, that they do not collapse upon himself or his fellow warriors. Renown for his endurance, RoadHeader is considered a workaholic by his peers, but in reality it is because his job takes incredible precision, care and most of all, time. A rushed job could end up a catastrophe if not handled properly. Perhaps due to his propensity for exactness, Roadheader does not amore himself to many of the non-Constructicons among the Decepticon ranks, as he can come across as arrogant and even highbrow. Even Megatron's patience is tested when dealing with him. Were he not such an asset to the cause, he would have been slagged a long, long time ago.
RoadHeader is partnered with the mini-con Rocksplitter; a vile and crude being, with a propensity of chewing on rocks when bored, much to the chagrin of RoadHeader. In addition to being RoadHeader's boring bit, Rocksplitter can transform from that rock borer into a chained Morningstar for RoadHeader to use in melee combat. Rocksplitter takes immense pleasure from this, as he loves nothing better than wanton destruction of the visceral kind. His coarse cackling laughter can be heard while being welded.
Together, RoadHeader and Rocksplitter have been extremely successful as a team. Having breached many fortified installations by tunneling under or through them to further the aims of the Decepticons.
