I'm still trying to get a recent update on his trial. You know these things take long. Maybe it will be 40 years of TFs by then.

 

Pretty much exactly what some people have been saying for about 3 years about that no good PC crook. But 90% of people chose not to believe and were lured in by promises of bargain prices toys lire Sirens luring Sailors to shipwrecks on rocks.

 

Definitely a dark blemish in TF collectors history.

 

I eventually (like, a year later) got all the money I'd spent refunded via my bank. And I got all the toys I'd ordered, a year plus later (and considerably more expensively of course). But this remains an unpleasant memory.

I still think back to that interview with him from years ago.

There hasn’t been any update of legal action as far as I’m aware. It’s been super quiet. Too quiet.

 

Here is the latest update I got.

It's been moved to the "Director of Public of Prosecutions" who is through a district court which I am told is a higher court than it was originally in. This was due to the amount of fraud.

I will check back in with them in two months.

 

Sad thing is, not even a funny youtube video poking fun at the Fraudulent Fraudster who Could until he Couldn't.

Almost nothing to stop this 2$%^#%$ from repeating the whole thing in a year or so with a new website or new toyline or whatever.

I'm getting updates due to my testimony and evidence but does anyone know how to get copies of records? I'd like to resubmit my claims since the government is prosecuting him.

 

I also submitted a witness statement, but have not been getting any kind of updates. Where are you getting updates from?

 

Prosecution on the case as a victim. Did you file before the date required? I'll keep us posted.

 

It depends upon what you mean by "file"... I submitted a police report, to the Detective Senior Constable assigned to the fraud case against Premium Collectibles before it went to court.

I should have another update around mid July. It's like waiting for Fanstoys Blitzwing, which by the way I had two on preorder from them!

 

From the detective on the case a couple of weeks back:

The DPP [Director of Public Prosecutions] will advise me when they prepare an indictment which they have six months to do from the day it gets committed to the district court from the Magistrates court so that is about 4 months away at this stage. They will then advise me what the plea is and if I am required to advise all victims to attend court.​

 

Here is my update I received. No set date for the next appearance of jacka$$ who was charged with 50 counts of fraud due to it having been committed to the District court and as such it is with the DPP who are currently preparing the indictment

I wonder if the case would go any differently if he was faced with the real number of fraud counts against him, rather than just the people who stepped up to take time out of their lives to spend on this fuckhead, which would number anywhere from 2000-5000 counts of actual fraud at a *conservative* estimate just based on the last 3+ years of posts on social media and various forums I've read.
