I wish Sideswipe had his G2 comics "Grrr" face, but the mold looks pretty keen in those colors. The only thing that really bothers me are the red molded bits in vehicle mode.

Skytread repainted as a reverse Slamdance is interesting...I'ma call him Dance-slam.

 

Because people will buy it and that makes more money for Hasbro. Personally, I'm stoked about G2 Sideswipe.

 

Sideswipe and Slamdance: Sideswipe is mine. Slamdance actually is a Flywheels redeco like people thought he would be. Huh. Still looks good,though. I'm getting a Universe (2008) vibe from him. Curious to see who "Aimless" with Caliburst's laser effect is.

Skywarp: So he has 3 Battlemasters? And two of them are purple? Shut up and take my money. I need everything in this set. The tetrajet mold looks so good in black.

Greenlight: Nice as always. Another limb for Orthia. Now I just need Lancer to be announced as a toy and I'll be good.

We knew about the Sideswipe 3 Pack months ago, around the same time we found out about Greenlight, this is just the first time we got pictures.

 

Wow i've been wishing for a G2 Sideswipe for years now! Can't wait!
And i hope in some kind of add-on to replicate the angry look with weapons of the masterpiece version.

A bandolier would be fun. But honestly that Alt mode... is double fabulous!

 

My only complaint about Skywarp (who is getting bought day one) is that I don’t believe his jet form can actually accommodate three battlemasters. Doesn’t the Starscream mold only have the ports for weapons under the wings?

 

I have a strong dislike of your post! I had no interest in this figure but seeing your post and seeing the awesome paint scheme on the alt mode is really pushing me into getting this! I was totally gonna skip it! But now I think I can’t...

Man, i would totally want those three battlemasters Skywarp comes with. Effects and all. I mean being generic purple/grey color schemes also helps that it can be used to give to other figures.

 

All I need now are for the preorders to go up.  

 

Most of the time, the major packs are repaints, so this isn't anything abnormal.
Also, I find it odd you picked out Sideswipe out of anyone. People actually really like the G2 colors and were hoping to see it.

 

At least one where it's not backwards . Lol. Plus I have zero interest in g2 ss or g2 anything anymore.

Frankly it's been a long shot to get even the cassette-bots that don't combine in Generations. He's far from G1 accurate, but this might be the only Slamdance we ever get and he at least gets the concept down if not the colors or the cassette mode.

 

Man would it of killed them to make Armada wheeljack form sideswipe...
