Can we talk about the Meta-Contextual nature of the latest Go-Bots comic?

I'm just going to jump in here and say Starriors. They were another 80's toy line with giant robots, they got a comic and they told their story without coattailing onto another franchise.

I think the creators here just kinda wanted to lampshade since the series wasn't going anywhere anyway, and I could never figure if Scioli is doing an homage or a parody. People rave about his TF/GI Joe book which looked terrible when I saw it.

So I'm not MAD at this ending but it's not really clever or relevant either.

I will disagree there because I hate lol formers even more.

Shortpacked did some GREAT single day gag strips. I initially liked the characters. But... Yep. And so forth. And mostly the cult around his asshole. Anyhoo.

    Gobots was fun for me.
