Dx9 are Newage. They are doing repaints of their Legends+ molds to get some extra use out of them while going full steam with Newage at a tiny new scale.

DX9 might be New Age, but their War in Pocket stuff is not Legends+. (MFT's upscaled DX9 knock-offs, on the other hand, are another story -- those are Legends+.)

So NewAge is the new name of DX9's War In Pocket line of Legends (not Legends +) items?
Some sort of re-branding of DX9's Legends line?

Yep, people started noticing Dx9 Dutch on the back of all the Newage box art, the similarities in the instructions ect. Plus Dx9 suddenly died off at the same time Newage appeared (excluding the repaints)

There's speculation that that might be the case -- given (1) New Age has consistently used DX9 items in its promo shots and packaging and (2) similarities between NA and DX9 packaging (both used Diaclone homages, eg.) -- but nothing's been confirmed as far as I know.

Edit: or what @Scurv said! :lol

This is all speculation and has never been confirmed that DX9 became New Age.

Dx9 Prime, Dx9 Snarl and Dx9 Grimlock on the Newage Cosmos box.

Ah yes, its totally normal for a company to include images of a rival companies products on their product packaging.

I mean, it's just as likely New Age is a fan that wanted to keep collecting at DX9 size. Until one of the two fesses up all anyone can do is point at box art and make noise.

I agree (as I said above) that's it's unconfirmed speculation at this point, but one more interesting (to me) data point: New Age hasn't only used DX9 bots in its promo/box art photos; it's also used the very same Ark diorama -- or at least it appears to be the same -- that DX9 used in its promo shots for Dutch.

So DX9 is releasing a black deco.. how about the blue one? I missed that one, got the hot soldiers one instead and now I regret it with my shelf going smaller, not larger.

I am very firmly convinced that whoever designed this also did Magic Square’s Blaster. They feel way too similar to not be related.

Yeah. I like the theory that DX9's legends designers split up to form two different companies: NewAge and Magic Square.

If there are no qualms with purchasing the KO as an alternative, the ETA reissue time frame for pocket toys KO version is either end of this month or early May. It's the same 1:1 size to the original.
