HLJ Charges

    I have a Paypal Billing Agreement with HLJ, they automatically charge my account when any orders come in stock. I've noticed that on my online banking activity I am getting PAYPAL INST XFER debits for the exact amount HLJ is charging me while simultaneously getting the same amount deducted from my Paypal account. This isn't because my Paypal account lacks funds, I have more than enough to cover these charges. Does anyone have an experience or insight on this?

    Check your PayPal Payments & Transfers settings. If I'm reading this right, it sounds like your PayPal account is set to use funds from your bank account as your preferred way to pay. If that's the case, then your PayPal balance won't be used until you set it to use your PayPal balance.

    I checked my Paypal activity and you are right the recent charges were from my Bank. The strange thing is HLJ charged my balance 2 weeks ago, I don't know what changed in that time?

    That's how it always shows up if you pay with paypal.
