i yelled at an old lady and was told that I wasn't supposed to talk to her like that, especially not today...because jesus apparently was going to get mad at me or something...

well...i was shopping with my partner and we stopped by the pharmacy to get a refill. i pulled my cart up, right behind me and turned away from it for a moment to do our business. not a second later an old lady comes up and just takes my cart (which I am practically leaning on). She takes my cart, even though the entrance to the store is really close, which has all sorts of them...and she had come from that direction....I am also disabled and walking hurts, so I wasn't about to let her take mine and go back for another one. My partner confronted her, told her that it was our cart and we'd like it back. She got super defensive and aggressive, saying that she couldn't have known the cart was ours (it obviously was), and that We shouldn't talk to her like we did especially not TODAY...then she threatened to call the city police...so I calmly said "Okay...I'd like to know what for?" She ended up running off to the store managers and complaining, but no one said anything to us about the whole thing. the store managers know us there. we've had a few confrontations with old people...I don't know why they are so rude around here...

 

Aww that's a bummer. Hopefully your guys' day got better.

my day is pretty much dog doctoring and watching PW play AC: Unity....meh...

Each of my kids got a Botbot in their basket. One got Frostferatu (which he's been asking for) and the other got Spud Muffin.

I brought the leftover Easter candy to work. It's in a bag right in front of me, and ATM I am full of chocolate eggs.
I literally just burped, and it did make me feel better. Time for more...
