i bought a cheap little 3d printer and have been having some fun with it. he's got ox style thighs, chunkier forearms, and a new transformation for his torso to bulk him out and put long haul's legs / dumpy bit on his back. no mods to the original figure required! i'm so happy with how he turned out.

if i could get my hands on an OS KO hulkie it'd be no problem to scale up the parts to fit  

the elbow bend and outward leg rotation isn't limited, and he's gained a thigh swivel, but the forward and back is pretty limited from putting the ball joint at the rear of the leg. that was an aesthetic choice to avoid having an awkard super low crotch   he's good at standing and looking imposing!

That looks FAR superior to stock, most specifically the way your new parts redistribute the stock parts to beef up the torso.

 

Tested these out myself this evening. Thank god Uni finished half an hour early; I was able to dash off to the post office.

There are some things that can never be fixed on Hulkie, such as the plastic quality and chest connections, but damn this kit fixes almost everything else. I wouldn't say it makes Hulkie a must-have (as Magic Square has a Devastator coming out eventually), but if you have a Hulkie you owe it to yourself to pick one up.

i hadn't realized there were so many versions! a local collector lent me his yellow set, which i THINK is the same as that green one? their random use of grey die cast ties in with the thighs super well i think

 

Yep. That's looking great. How tall does he come out to now? He looks like he's almost Green Giant size. Which makes me afraid he will be taller than IF Bruticus.
