I'm trying to think of one NT figure that hasn't been...Phasma? The first two might sell okay, but the last two. I just hope they aren't in a early wave.
I’ll buy all the Mandelorian armor figures if no one else wants to. Well, I’ll try to buy them even if everyone else wants to.
Yeah, the titular Mandalorian (surprised he seemingly still didn't get a name at today's panel) will almost assuredly sell. Because helmeted Mandalorian. Even without knowing anything about him, I want him for that. Anyone else... meh. They'll probably sit for a while.
what's the difference between 6-inch Darth Maul Episode 1 20th Anniversary and Black Series Archive aside from the packaging?
Any speculations on how much the galaxy's edge exclusive black series 3 packs will be? I just wonder so I can be aware how much eBay prices will be.
My guess would be $60 or $70. I'd expect mark-up prices to go no higher than $200. Even then, it all depends on how well they stock, if they end up getting too much stock, and how widely wanted the three sets will be. Honestly, I'd either go to Galaxy's Edge on opening day or just look at the online Disney store about the same time (I believe it's grand opening is May 31). No guarantee you'll find it either way but you never know.
I noticed that BS Yoda will be available in the Archive series later this year. I think that's the last BS figure I need to finish my OT main character cast. As an aside, I can't say Yoda without thinking about this:
I’ve been out of the SW collecting world for several months. Haven’t picked up anything new except for VC Range Trooper and I still haven’t opened it. Limited funds, hard to find figures, and general lack of interest in what’s produced factor into this. Most importantly, I’ve grown frustrated with the construction of VC figures, specifically the ongoing insistence with loading the newer ones up with as many joints as possible. What good is a 3.75 figure that can’t easily sit in a vehicle? I’ve been watching the news from Celebration and the new Like 3-pack caught my eye and promoted me to ask for insight. Can anyone offer insight into more recent VC figures and their hip construction? Are they all still using a funky ball joint that requires you to shift it around in strange ways just to get the figure to sit down or have they made revisions? If so, can you provide examples? Thanks so much!
Some questions for 6” people Is the Archive IG-88 as gummy and bendable as the normal version? Is the R5 unit in the Amazon 3 pack the exact same as he R5 that was GameStop exclusive, just dirty? And does $100 shipped sound fair for two Phase 1 clones and Cody?
