I managed to grab the last one from the first bunch, so I felt bad when I saw others missed out. Mine actually shipped today and arriving tomorrow. I wasn’t sure if it was actually going to happen or not. It took so long to make its way out the door. Lol

I'm absolutely amazed at how quick my order arrived once it shipped. Even though I've read the same thing from so many others, but it's just damn impressive to know that your items were in Japan on Tuesday and sitting in your hands in the US Thursday night.

 

Says shipped and sold by Amazon, the Spy Patrol is out of stock now but the Rescue Patrol is still showing in stock at $9.99 as of now.

 

They were sold by some company called Kickin Toys or something when I posted that.

Actually just realized I was looking at the BATTLEmasters and not the MICROmasters.

 

Well, looks like prices are headed up again. Starting June 1st, Amazon will be charging 3rd party sellers sales tax on their fees.

All that means is the scalpers we already hate and most of us don't buy from are going to be charged more so will raise their already inflated prices.

It's like saying "Oh, I hate going down that road, it has some many potholes! I NEVER go down that road! What, they are letting a truck with chains on its wheels go down that road? Now it will have more potholes!"

 

Not all 3rd party sellers on Amazon are scalpers (yet). But the pricing direction certainly shifts that way as non-scalpers decide Amazon's not worth their time and remove some of the force pulling scalper prices down.

Oh my goodness i wanna get it and display in box exactly like that assuming it will actually look like that in hand. That is amazing.

 

Amazon charges about $175 in fees on those listings. It's a madhouse. I don't think it's possible to import MP-44, sell on Amazon, and make even a single dollar of profit (let alone make more than Amazon takes).

 

A bit off topic, I'm having a package sent by amazon.de through Asendia (not familiar with them), and it doesn't have a tracking number, should I worry?

 

I can't imagine Amazon would partner with a shipping service that wasn't at least mostly reliable. You could always try customer service to see if they can help with a tracking number.
