I want to see Andrew Adamson direct, or should I say di-Shrekt, a Transformers movie. I think he could also be a good fit given his experience in both animation and live action, and the fact he di-Shrekted Shrek and Shrek 2. And perhaps he would be our best bet at finally getting an official, bonafide Shrekformers movie.

I'm all up for that. Now I wonder if they will try individual character movies again right after bumblebee. I'm sure if Jazz got the Bumblebee treatment, Porsche would allow the use of their brand. He wouldn't be just a war robot anymore.

I definitely would like to see him do another movie, but I would like to see him reboot. Or maybe an animated movie universe?

See that I would be totally cool with. If he wants to do something G1, start from scratch. What Bumblebee morphed into might have been his take on the "best of both worlds". But unfortunately, the fans of these two worlds are as divided as politics. Theres very few TF fans who can enjoy both worlds equally straight down the middle. (And then there are the movie snobs...ugh) Bumblebee failed as a reboot no doubt, but makes an awesome prequel in its own right. However the Cybertron scene has potential if it has its own path and includes a new Bumblebee that actually looks G1 like the rest of the characters. Dont even try to tie it in to the Bumblebee scene, Just start from scratch with THAT GROUP of Transformers. Id be totally down for that if its starts from the beginning fresh as a new movie. You dont even need to call it a reboot if its totally animated and human free. It would be its own thing. But with that being said why cant that franchise coexist with the Bayverse franchise like it does on the toy shelves ? Do the sequl to TLK already and let it go out with a blaze of glory for all its supporters. Then focus on the G1 style franchise.

Yes please!! I'd love a sequel to bumblebee. Maybe give it a title of, The Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye or Robots In Disguise. Another thing, give more characters screen time besides Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. Those actual fighting scenes that had Blitzwing, Shatter, and Dropkick is something I want to see MORE of as well.

It cant coexist because of toy sales. Having multiple characters that have the same names and vague appearance (same colorscheme being enough) on shelves is a no-no as Hasbro doesnt want to have Transforners competing with itself. An example being that because deluxe Animated Ratchet was first to shelves, Universe 2.0 Ratchet was pushed to be in the final Universe 2.0 deluxe wave.

IF (given how IMBD can't always be trusted) that is accurate, it may be either the animated Cybertron movie OR it may even be the animated Cybertron series coming out on Netflix which was announced recently. . .Time will tell. . .

Prime is the exception, not the rule, and how many of those Primes are actively being advertised as separate entities? Armada Starscream in Generations was billed as G1 Starscream in a different body, after all.

Because they largely look different. You aren't going to confuse movie Ironhide for Siege Ironhide.

Animated and Universe 2.0 Ratchet both were white/red emergency vehicles with similar robot modes (window chest, shoulder panel kibble, etc).

As for Prowl, I take it you mean siege and maybe Cyberverse. They *are* effectively the same character so it doesnt apply there either.

animated ratchet and universe 2.0 ratchet is exactly the same scenario as siege prowl and cyberverse prowl. both white and black cop cars, door wings in bot mode, same head, youre statement that it doesnt apply to them means it shouldnt apply to the ratchets too. hell they have less in common looks wise so they would have been harder to confuse

So Siege Prowl and Cyberverse Prowl are not both effectively G1 Prowl, the same character?

Thats not exactly what I meant. Both lines already do coexist on the toy shelves. Go to any walmart and you will see seige and studio series side by side along with cyberverse and bot bots. People buy what they like. And people can see what they like. Its time to "reboot" the crappy fandom that trash talk anything that isnt their cup of tea. If it was up to me, I would take all the Bay haters and movie snobs and cypher them in a giant toilet and hit flush...problem solved, fandom rebooted !

is cyberverse g1? not really, so then the answer would be no. and you are deflecting. siege prowl and cyberverse prowl share more in common than animated and universe 2.0 ratchet. so the claim that hasbro wont have two figures in a similar size class that look similar is null and void these days. that is my point
