Tracked Down SS5 Prime just to get those cool ass Energy Blades for Siege Optimus prime and Bumbulbee Prime.

 

thats the only reason i got that studio series prime too

 

What's the connection system for those blades? 5mm ports that plug into the fists?

 

yep, plugs into the fist from the bottom.

also just realized you can totally make fracas out of the 3 con targetmasters using:
caliburst legs
blowpipes torso
aimless arms and gun barrel

 

well fracas is predominantly grey with black legs, blowpipe has a grey torso, aimless has the same grey for arms and legs and caliburst has black legs. all 3 use the same torso so the limbs are swappable. its not a perfect fracas, but its better than nothing

 

I like it. Might buy doubles of them all just to make new target masters now. Especially since one is "official"

 

yea, i ended up with a 2nd aimless so i bought a 2nd blowpipe and made "bluepipe and greymless" haha but i think ill be grabbing a 2nd caliburst to make fracas and then mix the remaining parts (provided the blowpipe feet can plug into the aimless gun barrel, havent tested that yet)

Near perfect scaling, I think. Galvatron's a bit tall, yes, but otherwise, this seems pretty spot on-ish and proves the current line and the old ones do, in fact, play well with each other.

 

Prowl honestly seems like such a "meh" figure. But there's something about him that I can't put my figure on, that makes me really like him.

 

I agree. I'm seriously thinking about retiring my MP10V to make BB Prime my CHUG/IDW Prime.

 

This looks great, just needs a few more easy changes. I hope for:
1- black biceps/ fists
2- red forearms
3- lose the front hip guards
4- black feet
5- remold and repaint the shins and your good to go!

Hopefully someones heres good at photoshop and can finish him off.

Thanks, had no idea how bad the igniter head was...probably gonna need epoxy filler to fill in and solidify the emptiness

Prowl is MAGIC, sir. Sechsy, sechsy magic. MAGIC, I SAY! *TFXProtector seriously loves this figure/mold, like there's no other Datsun/Nissan/whatever this is mold in his mind. Doggone it. It's been decreed.*

 

Not to mention it looks like he's the only Siege figure that dodged the battle damage paint sprayer, no?
