I'm going to go with the G1 since that is what i grew up on first. Then the MP-10 mold with trailer and spike figure. Then after that the FIRST MP Optimus prime 12" inches tall that was ALL metal with see thru box in front. He had no trailer of course and was sold around 2002,2003. I have 2 of those metal Optimus prime figures. After those I'm going to say G1 REISSUE Powermaster Optimus prime.

They've all been great save for a few (I skipped Combiner Wars Prime because I didn't like the proportions), but Studio Series Bee version is one of the best Primes in recent years, that's for sure.

You get a mostly screen accurate Prime, and the truck we've all been wanting him to be. The transformation scheme is to some extent, identical to Classics Prime. Same as SIEGE Prime, it does have a large flat backpack piece but it doesn't hang like a cape as it does on the other one, and it disappears into his silhouette.

Though one Retail grade Prime I know nobody else is mentioning, aside from being an IMPORT is I'm guessing for obvious "It's a Model Kit" reasons, that I absolutely loved is the DMK01 (Dual Model Kit) from DOTM.

Doesn't transform, but wow.. it was a fun build!

Definitely a tie up between Siege Optimus and Studio Series 38 Optimus. Both figures are goddamn fantastic.

My favorite Optimus toy is still the G1 original. After that, probably the RID 2001 Optimus (Fire Convoy). I’m still waiting for a CHUG recreation of straight up G1 Optimus.

As a kid G2 Prime(G1 mold with the big fuck off guns and soundbox) reigned supreme. Micromasters and Action Masters came first but Prime was THE first big ticket tf I ever got. Got him the same Christmas I found out my right arm could easily pop out of it's socket. Twas a very painful frustratingly happy Christmas. Old Prime limbos like no other now but I love him to death and you'll have to pry him from my cold dead hands.

As an adult collector Generations WFC Optimus Prime(the deluxe from the video game not the new post apoc voyager). For a figure I hated so much when it was first announced all it took was 1 video review from JTMitchell87, a TRU coupon, and about 5 minutes of fiddle time and well he's just a blast to mess with. Just the right amount of articulation with a transformation that can be a pain at first but once you get a handle on it is the perfect level of complexity.

As far as G1/Generations is concerned, Siege is the winner for me. I like the remakes/homages to other G1 OP toys in the Generations line, but as far as recreating his classic truck cab look, Siege easily trounces his CHUG competition.

I also really love Age of Extinction Evasion Mode Prime, but I don't really have a movieverse collection.

Aside from that, there are some OP toys that I think look really good but have yet gotten ahold of to judge for myself, the most recent being the Studio Series Bumblebee OP, which I am excited to get.

I was just really excited at the chance to buy original TFs again back in 1992. Also it's nice that the sound effects have separate buttons instead of having to cycle through them on one.
