Think it's just there for a size reference.

How is the chrome holding up on Giga's dino's? I'm usually not a fan of chrome and would definitely prefer the metallic version, except there doesn't appear to be any metallic Grassor/Slag available.

It looks like Grassor is going to be reissued.

If you think the plastics on the Ft dino's are low quality I'd advise you to get out of the 3p collecting game right now, cos 99% of them are going to be a disappointment to you in terms of materials.

To be fair, I've never seen any reports of Fanstoys Dinobots breaking. I've seen plenty of reports about GP's breaking. So...….

Just finally getting into the FTs dinos. I just hope we really see some reissues in the fut rue, as it seems like I've missed out on all but Grinder and Sever. Basically, it looks to be the case that one ought to buy one of every FT bot that comes out, if that character has any level of popularity at all. There will always be an opportunity to make your money back or more on resale later, if you aren't inclined to hold on to it.

I have a full set of the FT Dinos, my brother has all of the GP Dinos to date.
Quality wise, there’s nothing in it, whichever path you take, I think you’ll be happy.
So the real question is, do you want a set that looks like they just walked out of the Marvel comic (FT), or a stylised set that may not match any previous version, but are unmistakably the Dinobots and look powerful.

I recently just removed my Grassor's tail as you have to be extra careful posing him and transforming him because it gets in the way. My Grassor's tail is intact but just wanted to take the precaution. Sorta looks better w/o the tail kibble IMO.

You must have some sort of filter on fanstoys thread to have missed those reports. Lol...
But interestingly, there really is not much breakage report here. Most i saw is from other fb pages.
But having said that, ft breakage is not widespread

Pretty sure Grinder came with die-cast dino feet to replace the plastic ones on Soar.

I'm looking for some FT Dinos so if anyone is willing to sell any, let me know.

Also, any able to do a side by side bot mode comparison between FT Grinder and Giga Grassor?

Yeah that’s a misleading angle. Grassor is notably larger than Grinder in person. Like half-a-head taller. And I’m talking the robot head, not the dino head.

Thanks guys. That was my major concern and I didn't want a Slag that was taller than Grimlock. Cheers!

Sorry, Slag is behind Grimlock and a bunch of other figures. Yes, he is a fair bit taller than Grinder.
