Yeah, taking into account the concept art, it seems like there's probably just four generic Seekers: Thrusts, Skywarps, Thundercrackers, and the odd teal-and-yellow ones. Thundercracker seems to have had his colours revised from the concept art to remove all the extra red.

I'm not entirely convinced that the orange one exists. Considering it's only "sighted" in one shot, I think it's more likely to be a Skywarp being made to look orange by the nearby fire?

Your image is broken, but regardless, I'd be extremely surprised if they were deliberately referencing a BotCon toy considering the other Seeker generics are based on big names.

My best guess for the teal one, despite the lack of conehead, is that it's Dirge, and they were looking at pictures of his ROTF toy for colours.

Bitstream did make an appearance in G1, though.

So, after reviewing the scene in ultra slow motion, I can confirm that whoever said their are multiple Thundercracker's and Skywarp's is absolutley right - I can also say with certainty that my 'They pulled the random colors from the cartoon' theory is also right - I found Dirge! Undisputablly, G1 colored Dirge.

Firstly, When Optimus jumps from the tower, the seeker he jumps onto and crashes into a building is without doubt skywarp - see the purple colors.

    skywarp.PNG

However, immediately after crashing, and jumping onto the ground, he shoots another Skywarp colored seeker!

    skywarp2.PNG

And here is Dirge - Theres a seeker who optimus shoots twice (He gets back up, tough old badstard)

    dirge1.PNG
The markings are clearly Dirge - pale blue, yellow and white. Even his wing stripes have the same pattern dirge5.PNG dirge4.PNG

And a wing close up clearly showing such.

Now, he is not a conehead. Which is somewhat crap. But, theres no way all these random background seeker schemes just happen to line up perfectly with the 'toon. My guess? We now know the scene was a fairly late addition, and as such the seekers were used as Decepticon drones (fittingly, to be fair). Odviously, Knight was not in charge of rendering or rigging or any of that stuff - clearly, he instructed the designs of the big boys (Prime, Wheeljack, Arcee, Soundwave, Shockwave etc, etc) and instructed the animators to base the seekers colors off those seen in episodes of G1. This is further backed up by ILM's recent article about the cybertron scene, which shows how much they pulled from the cartoon (Even relatively minor stuff like The Great Dome, and Teletran 1)

My names for them are Blitzwing, Dirge/Dreadwing, Red Wing, Skyquake, Skywarp, Starscream, Sunstorm/Hooligan, Thrust, and Thundercracker/Bitstream. (I know not all of those are officially Seekers but they are flying Decepticons with matching color schemes at the very least)

I'm pretty sure that's the green and yellow Acid Storm looking model, just with the lighting making it look a little more blue. The light blue and yellow one above is just a digibash. If I remember right, Red Goblin either obtained the models for his scale chart or at least had the different Seekers confirmed by someone on the inside, though I could be wrong. Either way, I'd say that one should be called Dirge; he in fact his a similar deco to this guy:

RedGoblin’s models are photoshopped like mine. Most of mine anyways. My Starscream and Thrust are official renders that I got from the King_Samlock studio series posts. They’re what made all the rest possible. As for the cyan and yellow Seeker, I can tell you with certainty that it’s not a trick of the light. That Seeker is a separate color scheme from the dark green one. I figured it out while watching the opening scene in 4K slow motion. I also finally figured out where the Red Wing looking Seeker appeared during the opening. Never realized that he was hidden in the background during the shot where Bee rams into Thundercracker and Thrust. I also think it should be noted that RedGoblin’s charts also missed the vibrant green Autobot Trooper seen in the opening sequence. I don’t think he had an insider confirm stuff for him. (Or at least not everything)

Maybe it's my eyes in that case lol It's great that they made so many variations on the design. They could've just stuck with the main ones and had duplicates of them running round, but they really put the effort in, especially as they're not all straight palette-swaps.

Agreed. Hope that we see upgraded versions of these models in the future.

Skyquake did share a mold with Energon Starscream which was also used as a character model for Hooligan in the Collector's Club Magazine. Hooligan has recently been made a Seeker in the IDW comics basing his character model on the Siege Seeker mold.
