Pretty sure I just got tracking info for my wave 2 deluxes. Even though the pulse site still doesn't say fulfilled.

Yeah. I just received multiple email notifications stating that my wave 2 siege deluxes have shipped.

 

I also got 4 separate emails notifying me of shipment for the deluxe. Yesterday i got notification for 1 micromaster set (ravage). Has anyone else got a confirmed ship for the red heat set? Its weird mine isnt shipped together.

 

So, do we think Pulse (if not everyone else) will start having access to single-figure cases? It makes a ton more sense from a work-flow perspective if (and this is a simplification) one dude is opening Prowl cases and shipping them, then another dude is working on the Ironhide cases, etc. It'd be kind of insane if they didn't notice I ordered half a case and made a decision to ship in four boxes (well, three so far since Chromia hasn't shipped)

 

My rescue set should be delivered tomorrow. I received tracking and email notification the same time I did for the spy team.

I'm still waiting for my SS 38 voyager Optimus Prime to ship out. I thought they said you wouldn't be charged for pre-orders until they shipped or something like that.

 

Check your messages on your phone, they sent a shipping notice to me this morning.

 

Interesting. Everything but my Prowl is enroute. The fourth box I got the shipping notice for last night was for BB Optimus...

 

Ok that makes me mad then...mine didn't. Been charged. Same day as Spy patrol. But no shipping confirmation on it...but got shipping on all 4 deluxe. Which were charged a day after the micros. Time to contact CS.

 

Nice to know I'm not the only one paying for multiple figures and having them ship individually.

I thought about canceling my order and adding the Spy Patrol; but since Pulse doesn't have the Battle Masters, I decided to wait and see if I can find them in stores.

Hopefully, they can fix this in the future. It will be annoying if people keep buying several things and they ship individually.

Huh. I ordered the Spy set on Tuesday, later in the day, just one item and it STILL hasn't shipped yet. Still unfulfilled on Pulse and my FedEx delivery manager hasn't been triggered. It's one small carded set of Micromasters, people. GET A MOVE ON IT!

 

I'm not seeing any shipping notification, and I know I get them because I've gotten one for a previous order.

 

How is it cost efficient to ship them all separately? They shipped the two Chromias together...

It's not. Especially since most of us placed our orders during the Free Shipping period and likely also have Premium.

I'm guessing following this initial wave of orders they're going to get together and figure out a way to redo how pre-orders and shipping will work together.

I think most of it is automated and the people (or service) that's filling orders doesn't have insight into how these pre-orders are grouped together. They'll likely need to implement a stack of some sort so we can manually group things into a single shipment.

Wait. They don't use FedEx Home Delivery anymore? Even with Pulse Premium?? Aww, man. I'm never going to get that Spy set...which is still unfulfilled. Maybe I can cancel...

 

I seem to recall several HTS orders doing the same thing. But the shipping on them was staggered. These all hit at the same time.
