I really love these seeker but I bothers me how many piece pop off when transformed. Has there been any tweaks or adjustments in later releases of this guys to address this?

I've gotta be honest. I have the first 3 MT seeker and I've gotta say, I'm not blown away at all. Overall I like my Yes Model seekers KO MP seekers MUCH better.

I suppose. I have zero interest in Japanese Continuity. G1 stops at Rebirth for me (actually kind of stops at end of Season 3 as I’m avoiding anything after that in my collection). Maketoys really only impressed me with Jazz and their Jets. I have their Megatron and their Reflector but they’re not my “primaries” of those characters. I hate to see any company leave MP but Maketoys doing other stuff probably won’t impact me much.. as long as they finish their Coneheads.
Huh your right I guess. Just pulled out the set of fillers I printed and took a closer look. They’re also raised more than I remembered. Still significantly thinner than the MT ones and the design is a lot more integrated. Make toys has that weird beveled edge around their filler pieces which really highlights the thickness. Meh. As someone else said, the fillers will come with the Coneheads so we all get to try them out. If we like them great, if not, there’s an alternative at least.
LOL. So much for TCP having an “exclusive”. Funny how these convention exclusives almost always crop up on other channels in other markets. It’s a bit like that orange KFC Blaster that was being sold by one company as a convention exclusive. Technically they meant they were the exclusive distributors of the figure AT the convention. MMC’s Planet X exclusives seem to be one of the few genuine exclusives as PX is essentially MMC’s online store. And I’m sure they’ve probably appeared elsewhere as well.
    “Exclusive”...

It's called a TFCon Exclusive for a reason... PX is Planet X... PSX is Planet Steel eXpress...

It isn't the first time TCP has had an “exclusive”.

Is there a good action stand for maketoys starscream to get him in a vertical pose?

I haven't received mine yet but I'll let you know. I think I'll at least attempt to transform it without popping it off but after that, I'll probably stick with what I find easiest. I did that with Maketoys Jazz too. At least I know how to do his lower legs but whenever I transform him now, I just pop off the rear window piece. It's intuitive but isn't fun.

Came up with this configuration for someone looking at YetiStands for the Maketoys seekers. Thought I'd share.

I finally received mine. I was super excited but upon picking it up, I immediately had complaints about the waist. I held him by the legs and his torso rolled back. No biggie. I wish it was secure. Then as I was manipulating the legs, the shin kept splitting as per transformation. I wish they also tabbed in securely. Kind of a bummer because I bought this to resolve my issues with my MP Seeker. It does do that, but also brings it's own set of issues.

I had a lot of fun transforming it without instructions. It is a new toy in every way compared to MP. Although I did yank at the chest piece a bit before detaching the side oblique pieces and now there is some minor stress on the tabs but oh well. Doesn't bother me and now I know. The nose cone came right off as I expected but I didn't realize how little effort it takes but that's fine.

I was super happy to discover that in alt mode, everything is tabbed in super tight. It looks... well who cares. I bought it for the robot mode anyway.

So I figure if I apply a little future floor on that tab that connects the lower leg halves, it should remedy the problem. I don't imagine there is anything I can do about the waist so I'll just live with it.

Since I'm new to this toy, I'll be glad to hear any insights or warnings pertaining to this figure. I'll take some time and flip through a few pages in the meantime.

Do you have a link where I could buy that stand? Also can you have it only have one arm (only have starscream)?

My waist was also a little loose, it would flop backwards if I held horizontal by the legs. Mine is far tighter all I did was add a little floor polish and ever so slightly tightened the screw.

Then i shall do the same! I'll look for the screw.

The knee is no longer a problem. It came disconnected on the box. It tabs in securely on the knee and I guess that solves the problem. This is really really growing on me afterall.

I know! Everyone wants bundles! The site would be full of bundles! And maybe that's not a bad thing.

If I recall, someone posted that you can make the MP-11 coronation stuff fit on Meteor? I can't find it...

It goes quite a way back in the thread. The shoulder paldrons fit right over. The crown kind of sits on the head but it is big. The cape can be made to overlap/sit but it is not a solid connection because it is not the same connecting points. I imagine it could be modified for a more effective fit.
