The combiner shoulder joint's very loose on my War Eagle, definitely appreciate if their replacement shoulder parts are actually stronger
My iron rhino turned up earlier and I thought it may be a replacement waist piece but I can see it’s for the shoulder now, however my war eagle has a super good shoulder joint, I’ll keep it safe though just in case!
So, that means there will be replacement part for Sabretooth joint shipped with their version of Tantrum (jk)? Or maybe this one may be used? ("everyone" knows that rotation joint on Sabretooth is bad joke)
So that's what those were. I thought there might have been an issue with Headstrong. Fortunately my War Eagle seems to be fine. On the other hand, I can't say the same about Saber Tooth. I may wait for WJ 'Tantrum' before I start messing with him. Anyway, Headstrong turned up today. I'd forgotten how much bigger a combiner leg (which is the only mode I care about where this particular rhino is concerned) is than an arm. Anyway it's a nice solid chunk of plastic, very stable - and the bigger foot/guns definitely make this look a lot better than the Hastak version (imo). The stickers are going to one of the kids. I like this as it is. Hopefully, 'Tantrum' is next (complete with replacement Saber Tooth part). I want them to make sure they get 'Razorclaw' right.
What's wrong with sabertooth tooth? I am ordering tooth and iron on Friday My only issue is the stress marks on the golden back part for torso mode
So apparently dudes at WeiJiang realized that the shoulder ratchet on most copies are crap, and they decided to give us replacement joints, nice. Mine's floppy as heck, I tried tightening the screw but nothing changed :/
For the life of me, I cannot figure out how the new fists sit properly in the feet. Granted, I've only tried briefly before the kids got all grabby with him...
Well, I'm happy with my WJ Predaking's right leg, but does anyone know what he's saying about Saber Tooth and the replacement parts around the 1:43 and 13:29 marks? Also, Headstrong's rhino mouth can open. I hadn't realised that.
I wonder if it is possible to just use that part on sabertooth...it seems meant for him, not the other guy. The parts on each of those figures doesnt seem dissimilar (I’m design and function) when looking at them.
