yep. That's why I take complaints about a figure breaking with a grain of salt, because if I base it off of the typical reviewer and the way they handle the figure, then there is no wonder why a Masterpiece figure breaks, because they are handling the figures roughly. Compare this to Wotafa's review who transforms it carefully and gives you confidence that the transformation is not too intimidating when you take your time. Like Wotafa transforms it using common sense, like holding his finger at the hinge when folding the backpack, or holding the figure around the waste pieces when pulling it; like these are things I do and I have yet to have an issue with any of my figures, be it from Target or an MP.

 

Well, finally got a real response from AJ basically saying they cannot rectify the error, and I should just place a new order. They gave me a coupon to bring the price down to my preorder price, wording it as my "compensation".

Still annoyed it took 4 days, with me keep poking them to get an answer And don't quite understand why they couldn't create a new order for me behind the scenes, and just send one of the numerous they had instock thr last few days. They've done that for exchanges in the past. Still have no idea what the actual system error was.

Anyway, if anyone else is still waiting from AJ, I strongly recommend you contact them asap.

Based on this review it looks like that switch is just an on-off switch. Question is is it an on-off switch for the light, or for the entire effects? Reviewer couldn't find any light in the arm...

Actually I guess there is no light in his dino head. Can anyone confirm this?

 

I think just sound, I didn't spend too much time on the instruction manual.

 

no lights in the dino head. only sound. light is in the eyes or the robot mode

 

Don't know why I expected the dino head to have lights too. Was that ever actually reported?

 

Off to prevent you activating the sound during transformation.

 

Maybe we assumed the blaster piece would light up.
