do you get a email or something when its processing?

 

I got an e-mail notifying me that I'd gained 85 store points, then checked my account on the website. I also got a shipping notification about fifteen minutes ago.

 

Got the messages that it has Processed and a follow up confirming Shipped.

 

haven't seen notification of points, invoice, or anything for mine yet. And they cancelled two other items I ordered alongside it because they had incorrect stock info. :/

I don't want to miss out on this one!

 

I got my invoice Friday from TCP and paid it. Got payment confirmation but the order for him doe NOT show up anywhere on my Account there. It's not in my Roller's Stash, Recent Payments, or even in my Recent Purchases. I know they recently updated their site, but this has got me a bit worried. Anyone else have this issue?

Almost the same exact thing happened to me as well. I received a point notification e-mail, but no payment received or order processing e-mail, which is the usual indicator that an order is progressing along just fine. I messaged them to inquire about what was going on, but given that it is the weekend, I expect to hear from them on Monday. I'd recommend contacting them when you can.

Checked my email and got a message in regards to a shipment from Chronopost. Since it wasn't familiar nor did I get something about my shipment from Chosen Prime, I figured it was a phising email and just trashed it.

 

I got a response earlier than anticipated (+1 to TCP, amongst so many other +1's), so this may be applicable to guys as well, and whomever else. I was told to check the Pre-Order Items/View Details tab in the account settings, and lo and behold there it is, awaiting shipping options. Why it wasn't under that icon in the general account page, I cannot say, but I do feel stupid for not realizing that was the case. Hence, a little egg on my face is today's motto. Hooray!

 

I paid for my order a day after I pre-ordered. I paid the shipping balance on Wednesday. I didn't get a invoice or a payment confirmation email. I don't even know if that is how it works. I really don't pre-order.

I am glad I'm not the only one who haven't heard anything back. I was wondering if my order "fell through the cracks". I'll wait til Monday to see if everything is fixed by then before I email them. Probably got quite a few from the others with similar issues.

 

Hmmm... My order was put in my Stash as of yesterday. On the other hand, I didn't get any reward points, and nothing shows up in my 'Previously Purchased Items' tab. Guessing it's just site bugs.

 

I had the option to pick a shipping method but still don't see a way to make a payment. Guess I'll email them. @Chosen Prime please don't cancel my order!

 

My order does not show up there or anywhere else in "My Account". I had no problem when I purchased MP-43 the day before. Which is weird. TCP is IMHO a very well run online store. I'm confident that they will respond with a solution by Monday.

 

Mine arrived today and he is fantastic. The yellow is a little orangier in person, but it’s still a striking color scheme. I’ll take some pictures when I’m not just on my lunch break.

 

There are reasons MakeToys is my favorite Third-Party company.. but this boxart is pure genius! Even the way it's "faded" like an old box.
